I was going to a popular dentist in Westfield and they were nice, but when I had a minor issue with my gums, they were very passive and offered no real solution to the problem. After 3 years with the same problem, I had enough and decided to try a different dentist. From the start, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, and tried to procure my old X-rays so that I wouldnt have to pay for new ones. She contacted me multiple times and was friendly and helpful every time. The office is very clean and warm, which always helps if you are a little nervous when going to a dentist. Finally, Dr. Martino is pleasant and knowledgeable. He immediately came up with a plan to take care of the issues I was having, and gave me a clear explanation of my treatment and options (something my other dentist never did). Im glad that I decided to come here, and will book appointments for the rest of my family members as well.

Dr Martino has been my dentist for over 12 years. I am always impressed with him, his staff, and his office. I would recommend him to anyone and have recommended him to many people. The atmosphere of his office is very inviting and it actually makes me look forward to my appointments. They have evening hours which makes it convenient for me since I work during the day. Their office is very modern and uses the latest technology and they always take their time and clean my teeth and make them sparkle even more than I thought they could! Couldnt be happier with their service.

My appointments at Dr. Martinos office are always very pleasant. Im seen immediately upon check-in. Dr. Martino has been my dentist for years and I cant recall ever waiting to be seen by the dentist or hygienist. The office staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond to help a patient schedule an appointment, including notifying you of cancellations if you would like an earlier appointment than the one you initially scheduled. The office is clean and orderly. There is a convenient parking lot directly outside the building.

I have been going to Dr. Martino for more than five years. In addition to always looking forward to seeing him and his very friendly staff, I never worry about discomfort or pain. I visit three times a year for cleanings and have had a handful of other procedures, including a post put in. Always an excellent experience with innovative ways of caring for their clients: texts to remind of appointments; and a warm towel at the end of your visit to warm your hands. I could not recommend Dr. Martino more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martino since I was a child. As a young adult, I continue to have a positive experience towards his practice. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgable, and take their time during my cleanings. Dr. Rob has always taken interest in getting to know his patients and I truly feel part of his "dental family." I would never consider seeing anyone else, I love Dr. Rob and his staff! Remember, dont forget to schedule your cleanings twice a year... and floss everyday!

I recently went to Dr. Martino for the first time and it was by far the most comfortable dental experience I have ever had. Maria, the dental hygienist, gave the most thorough and painless cleaning I have ever received. The staff runs the office like a well-oiled machine. Patients are treated at their actual appointment times and the staff is extremely helpful and receptive to any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend Dr. Martino and his entire staff highly enough!

I love going to Dr. Martino. Him and his staff are great. Last year, I went to his office for the first time and was nervous because I havent been to the dentist in a while. I had a few cavities and needed some fillings done. I was nervous and didnt know what to expect because Ive had never had this done before. Dr. Martino and his staffed made me feel so comfortable, were thorough, and walked me through everything. They are so friendly and great.

Excellent Dental Office!! Sincere, friendly & accommodating Doctors and Staff. They have all the newest treatments, digital x-rays, t.v.s in treatment rooms, and, most importantly, they are completely gentle. I couldnt ask for better treatment by a Doctor or Staff anywhere. They truly make going to the dentist as relaxing as possible and instill complete confidence in their advice and treatments.

The staff is very courteous and professional. The office is always clean. There is a TV in each room so you can distract yourself during your appointment. Dr. Martino takes the time to explain everything clearly. In the many years that I have been going I do not recall a time when they were running late. If you provide a cell number, you will receive text reminders if upcoming appointments.

Every experience there is a good one. You could have the biggest fear of dentists & Dr. Martino puts at ease before he begins. He lets you know exactly what is going to happen before he does it & lets you know what you may feel.
