I think the offices practice is scamming either by overcharging me or taking advantage of my consent to order certain supplies which is NOT used by me. I was his patient for 2013 and 2014. 1. Each time I visited the dental office, I made full payments for whatever amounts they asked me to pay right after the service. However, I kept receiving bills from his office for balance claiming that my dental insurance downgraded the service without paying what the plans claim to cover, therefore, I need to pay the difference remaining. Therefore, I visited my dental insurance website and went through all the dental claims submitted by his office. It turns out that instead of having any balance with his office, I have been overcharged both for 2013 and 2014 2. Another thing seems sketchy is that the office discussed with me to order certain antibiotics to put in my "pockets" after my deep cleaning, which I agreed. However, I found out later that they ordered more vials than what I needed for the treatment without letting me know. The explanation provided by the office was that they ordered more just in case I need it later, which I found very odd. What does "just in case" mean? Why did I have to pay certain copayment in advance for something "just in case I need"? When they discussed with me about ordering the antibiotics, I was under the impression that they would order whatever I need for the treatment. They never mentioned anything about ordering extra just in case. 3. I visited the office after reading the great online reviews hoping to have Dr. Greyf as my dentist. However, most of the time, the procedures were performed by other dentists in his office, which I understand they need practice to grow professionally, however, I hate to say that they were not good. One of my molar teeth was messed up bad after a filling although the dentist was very sweet.

Dr. Greyf and staff are officially the best dental team I have ever experienced. I take very good care of my health, however I reluctantly stayed away from dentists for 2 years due to the very unpleasant and condescending behavior both my teenage son and I endured from another local facility. Unfortunately, as a parent my son had to MAKE him continue to go. (It was always a fight). I did my research on various medical websites before choosing Dr. Greyf. No regrets! By far I must say, every positive review of this practice was accurate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Safe area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Clean and most comfortable facility. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff is AMAZING . They always greet us with smiles and welcome us by name. The wait is never long; and I appreciate punctuality! Every Hygenist explains thoroughly all procedures needed to put my mind at ease and even left us with instructions on how to better care for our smile. Even my son enjoys coming to Dr. Greyfs office. He is now of driving age and brings himself and makes his own appointments! Due to my very long dental hiatus, I knew there would be plenty of work I would need done. Yesterday was my first major procedure. (2 extractions). One word... Painless. Dr. Greyf is such a professional with an AWSOME bedside manner. I felt so good this morning, Im heading to the gym! I truly recommend Dr. Greyfs office!!

I just discovered DNA dental thru a web search. It was serendipitous as I was not really happy with my current dentist. I was referred to Jinsy the hygienist by Dr. Greyf. She was incredible! I have never had any dentist in the 25+ Ive been going to one walk me thru every detail of what was going on with my teeth, gums, even lymph nodes as thoroughly as she did! She did an excellent job at not only explaining things to me she also used a camera to take pictures inside me mouth in order to show me on a computer screen so that I could clearly see what she was referring to. For example, for a few years I kept feeling a rough surface on a back molar that my old dentist kept saying was "nothing." He never showed me what it was OR tried to figure it out. She took a pic of it and actually showed me on the screen that it wasnt a cavity, but it was quite a big chip that wasnt "nothing"--it did actually need to be filled so that it wouldnt eventually become a cavity. She also went in depth to show me what was going with my bone line and gums. Overall, it was a very informative and pleasant experience! I was so pleased that I made an appointment to switch dentists for my husband as well!

I started as a kid with a gentle family dentist who hated to hurt you, and i hated novocaine. You can see where that took me. Ive had altogether too much dental work done over my many years. So fast forward several decades, and i have now been seeing Dr Greyf for my general dental, root canals, crowns, and multiple implant needs for about 8 yrs. First of all, Dr Greyf and staff are warm and supportive and, of course, very professional. And he is extremely skilled. He performs all services that you would expect, and doesnt re-route you here or there for a root canal or challenging work. He knows his stuff and in my experience can handle essentially all needs. A large part of his practice is also implantology and cosmetic dentistry. Ive also come to feel/recognize/believe that he is more skilled in these areas than most, likely significantly so. His equipment and technology is state of the art. He takes care and pride in his work and stands by everything he does. My wife and i have complete confidence in every aspect of his care. Would highly recommend him.

I was new to Dr. Greyfs office and had extensive work done....replacing old fillings, some crowns and several implant placements, which I was very nervous about. I appreciated the way they did a comprehensive scope of work, explained all the procedures and outcomes in detail and involved me in the planning process including financial side of it. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The professionalism of this office exceeds all others. Dr. Greyf and Dr. Reff are compassionate, meticulous and gentle. Hygienist Jincy is very carrying and does amazing cleanings. Ive never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly. Front desk girls are superb and calming from the moment you call to make your first appointment to the day after the procedure, when they called to follow up on how I was feeling. I feel fortunate that I found DNA Dental and trusted my oral health to this amazing team. I am looking forward to my cleanings and very excited about my smile.

I am in the final stage of my teeth implants (2), and Ive been so impressed with how Dr. Greyf and the staff at DNA Dental have been so reassuring and helpful during the 4 month+ procedure. The work Dr. Greyf does is impeccable, and he strives for perfection - which after having some sloppy dentists of late, is SO welcomed! Dr. Greyf is patient, and explains all of the procedures that he is working on, answers any questions you may have, and more importantly, he listens to your concerns. The office staff is amazing and competent. I am actually sad that I wont be back after my implants are in and final. I would recommend DNA Dental to any and all who have had any trepidations about getting a dental implant. He also advised me on which of my teeth will become problematic, so I could point them out to my regular dentist. There are good and bad dentists. Dr. Greyf and his staff at DNA Dental are a real find!!
