My first time visiting a chiropractor, Dr. Nelson was thorough, upbeat, and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She walked me through my X-rays, gave me exercises to take home and really listened and understood my goals and needs for recovery. I never felt rushed through my appointment or adjustment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an occasional adjustment or someone in need of a treatment plan to decrease pain and increase mobility! Thanks for everything Dr. Kirsten!

Dr. Nelson is incredible! I have had neck pain from a car accident in addition to nerve pain in both arms for years which severely impacted my desk job. Her thoughtful treatments have helped reduce my neck pain, and she even taught me proper technique to take my arms so that I can work through an 8 hour day without pain.
