My main reasons for Chiropractic care is preventative maintenance and overall health. Over the past 5 years, Ive visited a few other Chiropractors before visiting Hart Chiro and I can honestly say Dr. Hart is the most thorough and knowledgable Chiropractor Ive seen. I am a life-long athlete mostly in lacrosse, but have been doing crossfit-style workouts for the past 5 years (also was crossfit personal trainer for 1 year). Dr. Hart is an athlete himself (completed numerous Ironman races, hockey, etc) so he understands first hand how sports related injuries/tweaks can be fixed. My hips and shoulders are offline but he easily implemented a program, after we took x-rays of my torso, to get everything in line. I used to pinch a nerve in my neck but it has not occurred for a few years now, thanks to the consistent adjustments. My wife and I are convinced taking good care of your spine will lead to less health issues, so we have also been bringing our 8 month old son to Dr. Hart to get adjusted since he was a newborn. The birthing process all too often tweaks the babys neck and/or spine, not too mention how much bone/muscle growth babies have over first few years, so adjustments help our sons skeletal system grow correctly. Which means baby will be in a better mood and who doesnt want that?! Dr. Hart and all the staff is very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the patients coming in to the office. It is so refreshing to be around people that care about holistic medicine vs artificial pills. You can find an assortment of natural product remedies/creams at their office to help ease your pain. Now a days too many people are trying to solve their health issues with pills/quick fixes when all they really need is to be in balance with good posture/adjustments, diet (meaning whole foods), and exercise. You will find good people and good advice at this Chiropractic office. Garrett

I absolutely love Dr. Hart! I saw that he was on Fox 9 for his pediatric care and that is what made me pick him for my daughter. When my daughter was just a couple weeks old she had trouble pooping, latching onto me and was beginning to be colic. I started seeing him once a week with her and then it switched to every other week. At almost three months she is doing amazing and is extremely content and I believe the strength in her neck and back is far beyond where she is expected to be. He has been a blessing to our family and to her and I would recommend him to anyone but truly love his care and work with infants.

The Doctors and Staff at Hart Chiropractic are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very compassionate. They have been an excellent support to me to relieve job related neck and back pain, they helped while I was training for a triathlon, and also kept me comfortable during my recent pregnancy. Whenever I have a headache, sinus issue, ear infection, back ache- anything- they are my go to place for pain relief! Both Doctors are excellent! My 2 year old son loves being adjusted and my 4 day old son had his first adjustment yesterday! I am so lucky to live near such a wonderful resource!

Dr. Hart was incredible with our 4 month old who had SEVERE reflux. Within 10 days of starting regular adjustments, she was reflux free! Right away my husband and I started our treatment plans too (for chronic back pain & regular maintenance) and have never looked back. Within the first week of life, our second daughter received her first adjustment as well! Reflux, colic, ear infections...if your kiddo is suffering, VISIT DR. HARTS office!! You wont regret it!

Dr. Hart is amazing and his staff are so friendly and kind. He has been treating my entire family including my child since he was 3 days old! He is great with kids! I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hart. I threw my back out on Friday over Labor Day weekend & not only was Dr. Hart able to see me right away that day, but he came in on Saturday when they were closed & adjusted me again. I was amazed & so thankful that he took time out of his holiday weekend to help me out. My back feels great now, after just a few adjustments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hart!

I am so glad I went to Hart Chiropractic! I had a numbness in my left thigh. It started getting what felt like electric shocks and a burning sensation. I have had 11 treatments and I no longer get the electric shocks and burning sensation and the numb area has almost disappeared! Thanks to Drs. Hart and Jones. And the office staff is great!

Sam had a fantastic therapeutic approach, I have a lot of tension, sore muscles and trigger points that needed to be worked on.
