As a runner and triathlete I cant express in words how grateful I am for A.R.T. (active release technique). Dr. Maria and Dr. Dereks ability to bring healing through this treatment (and other traditional chiropractic care) is mind boggling. Whether you are seeking relief from IT band or achilles pain, or suffering from tight hips or glutes, they will provide a solution. Chiropractic care from Eagle Trace Wellness Center is an essential part of my training; without it I would spend more time "injured" rather than training and racing.
