I absolutely love Dr. Stephens and all of his staff! I wont trust anyone else with my daughters care. The scheduling to get in is usually same day and the receptionist is always friendly. Dr. Stephens is extremely knowledgeable with everything. He is a "no non-sense" Doctor. He does a quick exam, lets you know whats wrong and how to fix it, and has you back on the road quickly. One of my favorite parts of seeing Dr. Stephens is the online Patient Portal. I can send him an email with my questions and I have a response within a few hours. He will either tell me what to do at home or let me know she needs to be seen. When my daughter is sick, antibiotics are not an immediate go to. I love that Dr. Stephens doesnt give antibiotics for every little thing like some doctors do. He only prescribes them when necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephens office if you are looking for a great pediatrician. Not only will you love Dr. Stephens, but you will love his staff. They personally take the time to get to know you and your child, which makes all the difference in the world when you are trusting someone to care for your child.

I called in reference to obtaining my childs vaccines records only to be talked to in a rude & disrespectful manner. The receptionist did not help me whatsoever, & continued to tell me how it was my sons recent pediatrics fault, which wasnt an issue I was bringing up nor cared about I just wanted to be helped. I got no where with her, she didnt seem to know much, service was horrible and she was very unprofessional. The way she represents this office is horrible. I would not recommend this office to anyone in this area or, to this point, give you any positive experiences I have had.

Dr Stevens was my daughters first pediatrician when she was born. He is very old school and isnt practicing evidence-based care or staying up to date with current research. A. He suggested letting my 2mo old cry it out and told me to put a sheet up between her crib and my bed so she couldnt see me at night because she would "sleep better". She was already sleeping through the night and I had told him that. B. When my daughter woke up with a completely dry diaper after 12 hours of sleep, in the middle of a stomach bug, he told me that her diaper probably just "absorbed" her pee.

We LOVE Dr. Stephens. He has worked with us so many times when insurance has given me issues or with my oldest daughters medications, we never wait when we have an apt, he takes the time to actually know my children, and truly cares about their well being. We have been going to Cornerstone for almost 3 years now and I would not take my children anywhere else. The online portal makes everything so easy and Dr. Stephens usually responds to messages within an hour or so. I can not say enough good about Dr. Stephens.

Dr. Stephens and his staff are amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help our family. I especially love the portal, whenever I have a question he always answers it vary fast and it makes me feel like I have him on speed dial. He takes the time to answer all my questions and never makes us feel uncomfortable for asking silly ones. The office staff and nurses are always kind and welcoming to us.

Wonderful pediatrician!! The office staff is welcoming and friendly. The office is nice, clean, and quiet. They are very organized and always run on time. Dr. Stephens is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Hes very accessible after hours if needed. My favorite thing is the portal. I have to my childs records anytime.

I had a Well child vist for my child only to be charged for a sick vist as well. I didnt know you couldnt ask about a pervious on going rash! Wow! NEXT TIME LET ME KNOW THAT ILL BE CHARGED SO THAT I DONT ASK!
