This is what you can expect from Crescent Dental.The first time you go for an evaluation of future procedures the staff is great, the Dentist is great, you think you have found the perfect place,that is step one bait and hook.my experience, I go for procedure, no one is friendly,no name tags and before you get past the door you pay upfront even though until the Dentist sees you realistically there is no telling what else may be found.I get it, they are a business and need there money to operate.So you go to your assigned room for procedure,every one is strictly business,no bedside manner and their original bait and hook personalities do a 360.The Dentist works on you,leaves,works on someone else,comes back,leaves comes back and this goes on throughout your appointment.Never once was I asked if I was ok,comfortable,hurting etc.The Dental assistant is rough,drops tools and so on,which I found out was in training and I dont know how she graduated in the first place.Eventually procedure is done,novocaine wears off and have excruciating pain.At that point I call back and say something is really wrong as with a root canal no nerve should be no pain.It felt as if they drilled into my jaw bone and I also observed intensly were lifting my bridge with some tool from the gum,I do not know why.I had left called back to be told you should expect to be sore,my reply this is beyond sore.At this point I am read the riot act on how they cannot give you anything for the pain,in which I said in the beginning I was not asking for,expecting them to say come back and we will look at it.They clearly had gotten their $700.00 dollars and no longer cared about the patient.Offered absolutely no solutions.I hope anyone who thinks of going there keeps what I have said in mind as this place is Jeckyl and Hide and do not want to see another suffer as I did.

Wish I could give less than 1 star! Came in last week with a major toothache and all they did was an exam and deep cleaning gave me an antibiotic and a tylonol 3. The dentist told the receptionist to schedule me for next week (today 2/23/17) for a root canal and extraction gave me an appointment card and i then took it to my job and made arrangements to have the day off. Now here we are on appointment day and they dont have me in the system to be seen today so not only am I in blinding pain Im out a days pay and no note validating my absence from work. And the receptionist has no answers for me. Wheres the accountability for there mistake that is costing me money and now I have to take yet another day from work and miss out on more pay. Not to mention the god awful prices for dental services (even with insurance) to begin with. And am still in pain!

****VERY IMPRESSED*** My mother was visiting for the weekend and was expierencing sever pain. When we called to setup an appointment I was shocked, they were able to see her the same day. The ladies at the front desk where super sweet and where able to communicate with my mother, since she speaks Spanish. The office manager was very helpful and explained all treatment in full detail. My mother is THAT difficult patient that needs to be sadated. The Doctor was so kind and gentle he took his time to make her comfortable and was able to remove her tooth. My mother has never been able to see a reqular dentist because of her condition she usually has to go to a specialist to sadate her. So overall I was super impressed and surprisenly shocked in an awesome way....Thanks Crescent Dental

If i could give them no stars i would. I was kicked out when the dentist walked in. She looked at me and jumped to the conclusion that i was a drug abuser because i have psoriasis on my face... She then called cps on me with false accusations that i was medically neglecting my child because of my srug problems!!!! The cherry on top was having to go to alligator dental and telling them that i was under investigation for medical neglect and i needed a statement from them that my childs teeth were fine. All because she (the dentist) judged me by how i look.....

Five out of five stars rating from me. The wait was minimal, and I was seen as scheduled. The staff were kind, courteous, and sincere. Dr. Hole and her assistant were awesome!! It had been years since my last visit to a dentists office. I was a bit leery and intimidated by the extraction I was facing. Dr. Hole was reassuring and precise in the work that I had done. Crescent Dental in Seguin has made me a loyal patron. My family and I will continue to make our dentist visits at Crescent Dental.

I had the best experience working with the Crescent Dental team when they provided donations for Lehman HS in Hays CISD. They were awesome to work with and extended to help out with anything I needed. When I went to pick up the donations, I loved the clean and warm environment of the facility and staff. I will continue to lean on Crescent Dental for help in he future! They rock!

Imagine going to the dentist being a pleasant experiance, lol , thats what i got from my visit, warm friendly staff , focused and proffesional, from assistants to the dentist, genuinely making sure at all times that i was comfortable , managed their time very well, explained everthing totally , i would reccomend to anyone.

Loved Crescent Dental I dread going to the dentist and put it off as long as I could before needing two crowns. I didnt feel a thing. The dentist was wonderful and the staff was so friendly. Its well worth the drive from San Antonio every time!
