Dr. Shipp is really empathetic towards the common aversion to getting your teeth worked on. Since I have quite the sugar tooth, I need fillings every once in a while, and I always get nervous. Dr. Shipp and her team always wait until Im ready. You wont feel rushed like most other medical offices. They give me a blanket and turn on my favorite show or music to make me feel at home. She has a lidocaine technique where she holds the lip or cheek in such a way that you hardly feel the needle. Dr. Shipp has continuously given me quality care. I leave her office feeling healthier. Ive received upwards of 20 fillings from her in my lifetime, and shes the only doctor I enjoy going to.

Dr. Shipp is simply amazing and her employees beyond helpful and exceedinly nice. I am a SAHM of 2 who rarely has the chance to do anything alone, including my cleaning. They took care of oldest (3 years old) first with her checkup and cleaning. They made her so comfortable and at ease. Then when it came time for my appointment my 1 year old was fussy. So, during my checkup they let me nurse him and when it was time for my cleaning, one of the hygienists took him and walked him around the office. Everyone left their office happy and with zero a tear shed. Top notch!

Ive been to a lot of dentist! Im have really hard standards because I used to work in dentistry for 13 years. Dr. Shipp, Becky, Raquel, and Cortni are the best team in Lakeway. Their office is comfortable and high tech! Its a new practice with tons of experience behind it. I trust Dr. Shipp to tell me what is best for me and the long term heath of my month. I also love visiting with them! Its nice to have no worries when I go because it makes it way less stressful. Cant wait to go back! If you are looking for a new dentist,look no further!

Dr Shipp has been our dentist for about 18 yrears. She recently has her own office and we definitely followed her there. Courtney makes u feel at ease and a welcoming smile as you walk in and efficient. Becky has been with Dr Shipp as long as we have and is a total Professional, caring that you are ok and gentle treatment, happy and cheerful. Dr Shipp is caring, considerate and a wonderful dentist. Dr. Shipp and her staff are wonderful. They know how to treat their clients. She treats you like family and cares about you as a person. I have trouble getting numb and my first visit I told Dr. Shipp my issues. Dr Shipp was able to numb my mouth with one shot!! She listens, cares, and really knows her stuff. There are quite a few choices in the Lake Travis area for Dentistry but I loved her new, fresh and clean office and great staff. Im looking forward to my next appointment!

They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure on a tooth that was quite sensitive and giving me a real hard time. All better and chewing happy now!! The greatest experience I have ever had in a dentists office. Extremely nice and attentive staff. Dr. Shipp is amazing and made sure I was always comfortable. I laid down and watched Netflix on the tv that was positioned for me to watch, it was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff, state of the art equipment. Dr Shipp took her time in explaining everything to me considering it was my first visit. Prices very reasonable and competitive. Since I dont have a dental plan, a membership plan was available for me to take advantage of.
