So overall the experience was OK while I was there, my issue is that they do not follow up like they said they would. I have a cracked molar and after spending out of pocket for x-rays and a consultation they proceed to tell me they dont do root canals on molars. I think I couldve been told that from the get go. Then when they tell me they will set an appointment for me to have someone do it they did not. When I called it was Mary and she seem to have an attitude about it, quickly saying it wasnt her who did it and that it shouldve been do e before I left. Granted Ive gone 4 days waiting and not even an Im sorry. So ya, I will find someone else who has a staff that can fill my needs. I was prepared to spend a chunk of money, now it will be with someone else.

In all my experience with dental offices, none of them could ever come close to Brookside Dental Care. All of the staff members, from the front desk employees to the dentists, are extremely hospitable and good-natured. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Otal because of her precision and passion for dental care. Dr. Otal is also very nice and makes every dental visit go smoothly. Additionally, I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pritsky and he, too, was very professional and made the procedure less daunting. I highly suggest going to this dental office!!

Brookside Dental Care, specifically Dr. Alexander Pritsky, was recommended to me from my dentist when I needed gum grafting done. Their office staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. The surgery and recovery went perfect. Dr. Alexander Pritsky really does great work and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Brookside Dental Care.

The facility is clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I had my cleaning done with Sarah in the Stockton office and she was awesome. She is very gentle and knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend for anyone who is afraid of the Dentist to try this place out!
