I have been going to Dr. Beaird for years. My twin sister recommended her and I recommended her to my daughter. Dr. Beaird is wonderful. She can do it all. She is compassionate and has goo and practical solutions. I am glad to call her a friend.. My sister had skin cancer on her nose and Dr. Beaird caught it. My sister was so scared that since it was so prominent on her face that there would be a huge scar and people would be able to see a definite change on her face. After they removed the cancer and she healed I kept asking her where it was on her nose. I had shingles on my face and she took good care of me. She also noticed a few things that she removed on my face (skin tags under my eyes) and right in an office visit took them off and it was so quick and painless. My daughter had a bout of Rosacia (not sure of the spelling) but it is red and pimply on your face. Her wedding was around the corner and she helped tremendously. If anyone is looking for a really good dermatologist you need to see Dr. Beaird. Dr. Beaird I am so happy about your new practice, I wish you great success and I know you will be very busy and have a fabulous future in a career, you do so well. I could say so much more, but instead why dont you call her and make an appointment and you tell us what you think!!

Patient of Dr. B for more than a decade; she also treats spouse and has treated our son. Every visit is a good one. She has a wonderful and enthusiastic personality; she provides top notch patient care with vast knowledge and masterful skill. She is young enough to be motivated and interested in staying on cutting edge of med tech, and mature enough to apply new therapies with confidence. I cannot speak of her new practice; have not yet been. I see myriad complaints about front office staff (billing & scheduling), and have no opinion but this: most medical practice front office staff have the all the charm of an anal fissure; at best, most come across as robotic and disinterested. I worked in medical milieu for several years as patient care support staff; my years working inpatient psychiatric led me to conclude that about half the billing and accounts personnel should have been admitted for observation. I do not know where physicians find these folks, but I suspect they are bred in secret underground lairs. So, quack-quack, be a duck and let it roll off; dont allow office vultures to deter you from seeing an outstanding medical practitioner. That is all.

I wish I could give this better stars because I really like the doctor, but the office staff is lacking so much I just cant stay. 1. When my first appointment was schedule was completely screwed up and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong. 2. I gave a second chance came in again loved the dr, was given some prescription and by day 7 I started to have some serious side effect called and left a message on Wednesday, never heard from anyone, called again Thursday never heard from anyone called pretty unhappy as they werent mild side effect, by Friday after several times calling and NOT going to leave another message I kept calling till I got a hold of some one. After several minutes of waiting I get a nurse, whom didnt seem to give a rat ass either, so I just told them. Im moving on solely on the HORRIFIC staff.

Dr. Beaird treats her office staff HORRIBLY. She is somewhat a decent doctor when it comes to patients. However, extremely entitled when in comes to the people she works with directly its horrible to witness. She will bark at her staff In front of her patients, she throws fits! Dr. Beaird will ask questions regarding her patient and then cut her Medical Assistants off before they can finish answering her questions. The worst part is if she gets a patient that doesnt seem "worth her time" she will pass the patient off to her PA.

I currently work for Beaird Dermatology. I love what I do and all the people I work with. Dr. Beaird and Stephanie Tracy are wonderful providers. As I do room patients for both providers, I can honestly say nothing but great things about both of them :) Both Stephanie and Dr. Beaird truly take their time and listen to their patients. I love coming to work everyday, and doing what I do. I am so happy I found Beaird Dermatology and was added into the wonderful family/team we have here :)

Dr. Stephanie was great! She was very thorough and explained everything she saw. My last dermatologist barely gave eye contact and rushed through her appointments so I figured Id try out Baird derm...what a welcome change!
