If I could leave a "0" star rating I would. I made an appointment with Dr. Kelleher for 7:45 am which I thought was great because it would allow me to get to my next doctors appointment that I had previously scheduled for 9:00 a.m. prior to making my appointment with Dr. Kelleher. I was given an appointment card with the date and time on it. So, I took the day off of work and strategically scheduled my doctors visits to allow me enough time to take care of everything I needed. I got to Premier Dermatology at 7:30 and signed in, and sat down. I was there for 45 minutes waiting and no one had called me up yet. So I went to the front desk and told them my appointment was at 7:45 but I hadnt been called yet and I have another doctors appointment at 9am that I need to get to. They said "hang on let me check"..the girl came back and tried to tell me that my appointment was for 8:15. I told her, no, it wasnt. I wouldnt have made it for 8:15 because I had another appointment at 9am that was already in my calendar and that wouldnt allow me enough time to be seen by him and then get to my other appointment. She said there was one person ahead of me and that I would have to wait. SO they screwed up my appointment time and then expect me to miss my other appointment as well? Needless to say, I left and wont be returning to see Dr. Kelleher. This was supposed to be my first time seeing him, too. What a terrible way to treat new patients. If you dont want a similar experience, I would suggest going to another place of business and seeing someone else.

All the nurses and clerical workers are very kind. However, PA Gerwin treated patients with quite the opposite tone. She was condescending, short, and practically disinterested in actually helping me. She disregarded my statement that I have dry skin and that drying acne products would damage my skin and prescribed me drying topical creams anyway. They left me with cracking, peeling, and burning skin that was now covered in twice as much acne. When told of this, she rudely retorted that I need to keep my hands off my skin, encouraging me to continue use of these damaging products. 4 months later and my skin is immensely worse than my first appointment. I do not recommend this dermatologist if you are in need of acne help or expect any sort of warmth and friendliness from your doctor.

Worst experience I have ever had with any medical facility EVER. Dr. Kelleher has terrible bedside manner. Of the 5 minutes he will spend with you, none of it will be spent listening to what you have to say. He is arrogant and accusatory. Additionally, the billing department takes zero accountability in dealing with your insurance. My last office visit was in October and in February I am still dealing with my insurance to get coverage for claims that should be fully covered. If you want your medical provider to be sympathetic and/or understanding, go somewhere else.

Ive been here numerous times and Ive always had a great experience. Ive seen Dr. Kelleher, Dr. Bezanis, Maddie and many of the nurses for UVB treatments, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, etc. Ive also seen Cathy in the spa who is a gem. Its a busy place and it can get kind of crazy in the waiting room, and yes wait times can get long at times but the staff always treats me well, Im sorry to see people leaving them negative reviews.

I had a skin condition that, while not malignant, needed quick attention. The office was very accommodating in scheduling an early-morning appointment, and Dr. Lalitha Reddy and her staff provided expert care. Dr. Reddy explains every procedure -- and what may be expected to happen next -- in a kind and attentive way. Her staff follows her lead. I confidently recommend their services.

I was really frustrated with the appointment-making process. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes each time I called. Additionally, when I asked for an estimate of cost for a basic skin cancer screening, they could not or would not provide me with any kind of estimate. I cancelled my appointment.

I am shocked to see any negative reviews. My husband and I have been going there for years and have only had positive experiences!
