I lost about 60% of my hair in a short period of time. So I decided to go to the dermatologist. Dolar Koya really never looked at my scalp or hair she always wanted me to buy her shampoo and her products. I asked her to do a scalp biopsy and she said she didnt want to do it because the scalp biopsy bleeds too much. She prescribed me some medication that made my condition a lot worse !!! She always rolled her eyes and said whatever. Shes very unprofessional and wants to get you in and out. The crest Hill location looks like its from 1970s.

Called and made an appointment 1 month in advance made sure my insurance was accepted and made sure that I did not need a referral. I come to the appointment and they tell me my they no longer take my insurance. makes no sense why would they not give me a call before wasting 30 minutes of my time driving and gas money and effort. Also the lady at the front desk had absolutely no words to say to me besides " dont start getting excited " when she noticed I was angry. I would not recommend coming to this place It is small and dirty anyway.

If it is possible to give 0 stars, then I would give that!!! This doctor had the nerve to call my 9-year-old daughter a "Cry baby" NUMEROUS times in the office and then again at the desk so all of the staff and other patients could hear. When contacted, he had nothing to say to me!!! Poor excuse of a doctor!!! Barely even looked at my daughter for the reason she was there also!!!
