Was told over the phone I could come in and have the cyst cut out of my face. Come in to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Which is not a bad wait. But to be told in 3 minutes after going back they dont cut it out the first time. I had one day to be able to do this. Thats why I asked over the phone if they could. Just wasted time and money for them to tell me what I already knew was on my face. Other than that the staff were friendly and nice.
