I went to Dr. Singri a few years ago for a growth on my leg. He explained what it was, removed it and all was great. He is a very wonderful Dr. In September 2013 I went in for an appointment with Sarah for a bump on a mole on my left arm. She immediately did a full skin check and determined it was melanoma. Sarah removed it sent it in and called with the results that I had to have further surgery. She made all the calls and got me into a cancer Dr in two days. After surgery they determined they got everything and there is nothing to worry about. I have been coming to Sarah every three months for a skin check and all has been good. I highly recommend this office. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Singri & Sarah are so very knowledgeable and they really care about their patients. Another great thing is they are always on time!

I was having a hard time trying to find the right skin doctor because some of the reviews here seem fishy and perhaps comp-generated. I was having an internal debate whether to visit an older, more experienced doctor vs a younger one. This doctor seems to be in his thirties and is a pleasure to talk to. Well, Im glad that I saw Dr. Singri because he explained to me exactly what my problems and options were, WITHOUT trying to sell me something. You can say he understands people who like to search the internet for answers. When I talked to him about what I read up on the internet, he calmly told me which pieces of info were right or wrong. I think thats cool for a doctor. I definitely recommend him to other people who dont know where to start looking for a skin doctor.

I had a problem with the rash on my palm for a very long time and I visited couple of doctors before I came to Schaumburg Dermatology and visited Dr. Singri. He explained what was happening with my skin and the steps I need to take. It was so easy to understand, made perfect sense and in just 2 days the pain and discomfort I was feeling for almost 5 years is completely gone! I am so grateful, I cannot put it in words.

Regarding the one stars, I guess there are just really grumpy people in the world. Been going there for 5 years. The good Dr is personable, friendly, and very good at what he does. The office staff is also friendly, just finished talking cigars with one of them. Theres no understanding some people, it seems they just want to be unhappy and try to drag the rest of the world with them.

Dr. Sarah is one of the best doctors I have met but the rest of the office is terrible. I work at a dentist office and we would never treat our patients the way they treat theres. Can NEVER talk to anyone. Could never cancel or make an appointment without wasting half my day on hold.

It can be hard to find a doctor that has the time and really cares about you. Look no further, Dr Singri is not only an expert in his field, but takes the time to listen to your concerns. If you need a great dermatologist, call Dr Singi. I highly recommend him.

Dr. himself is very knowledgable with proffessionalism. Front office staff is not cooperative. They dont have a time to return your phone calls in timely manner. Billig department doesnt know what they are doing.
