I am giving 0 stars, but cannot post unless I give at least 1 star. I have Land of Lincoln insurance. This insurance is going out of business and stopping at the end of September, 2016. I recently went to an appointment and was told I could not be seen because they no longer accept my insurance. I was very upset and surprised. I left and called my insurance company. I was told that all providers are under contract and MUST accept my insurance until Sept. 30, 2016. I called Lakeside and told them of this and asked to receive a call from the business manager. I called twice and NEVER received any call. I filed a complaint with the Office of Consumer Health Insurance.

I have recently seen Dr. Arroyo at Lakeside Dermatology and she was very professional, had excellent bedside manner and I would have no problem recommending her to all my family and friends!!!! I love a doctor that takes time to answer all my questions and makes me feel that my health and well being is as important to her as it is to me! I will definately continue my treatements with Dr. Arroyo at Lakeside!
