Wow. The words that come to my mind as I write this is BEAUTIFUL, BREATHTAKING, and REFRESHING! Dr. Ramagosa is a welcoming fresh face to the Mobile area! The amazing part was that I got in to be seen the next day! NEXT DAY! OMG! My last dermatologist took me booking an appointment 2 months out! I almost fell out of my chair when I heard I could be seen next day! Dr Ramagosas bedside manner was wonderful and positive. I had atypical moles taken off a few years ago and went in to have a certain one checked. He biopsied the mole in the office during my appointment instead of rescheduling me to come back for another visit like most doctors do (its more money for them if they do)! He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns( I had a lot!) He was so understanding and willing to listen! Truely down to earth. I have had some stuffy doctors that dont seem to care or listen and I am just another face and paycheck for them. Not Dr. Ramagosa! One thing that blow me away was a medication he prescribed me. He went out of his way to find a medication that was going to work well and be generic so it wouldnt cost me a lot of money! My last dermatologist knew I didnt have insurance and gave me a cream that was $175 to fill! Dr Ramagosa personally called me back with my test results! He and his staff were wonderful and so nice. The office building is brand new and so AMAZING! I felt like I was at a MedSpa in California! Dr Ramagosa told me that they have a space for an aethetics spa that he will be opening in the next 2-6 months. I asked them to call me the second they start taking appointments!

I would not even give them a star at all if it were an option. The doctors may be wonderful but I would not use this practice again for any amount of money. Their business office is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 65 years and I have worked for and frequented many doctors offices. I have been very disappointed and will not return or refer anyone else to this practice.

Amazing doctors. My husband went here and said he has never been treated so well by a doctor in his life. They found the rare diagnosis for his ailment when many other doctors had misdiagnosed him or completely brushed off his concerns. They were very informative, helpful and kind. They also went out of their way to help my husband get affordable prescriptions.
