Like the others, I felt rushed through my appointment. I was also surprised to have 2 of my moles taken completely off within the 7 minute appointment with hardly enough time for my local anesthetic to kick in and without an insurance check or consent forms. Post-op instructions of "vasoline and a band aide" on these gross looking flesh wounds that looked like a few stitches couldve been used. My results came to me in the form of a voice message by a nurse Im guessing. I had no clue what she said because it was all in medical terms. The one thing I did understand was that I did not need to come back in. Thankfully! I now have a $300 bill and 2 scars, one on my belly and one on my back and to be reminded of this experience. I am thankful that I dont have skin cancer, but this wont be the place that I have my body scans done in the future.

These people are rip off artists. They dont take the time to figure out what is wrong and just keep throwing prescriptions at you. 4-5 times we have been there and they still cant figure out what is wrong with my wifes skin. What a HUGE waste of money and time. Dont waste your time go somewhere else. They really dont seem to care. One of the medications they prescribed put my wife in the hospital and left us with a $10K bill.(3.8K after insurance) and not to mention over 1.5K weve spent on Leone and medication. We went to a family doctor and she prescribed a topical that cleared it up in a week and she is just a generalist doctor! We went here first for expertise and all we got was garbage! Zero stars if possible.

The Bloomingdale location is MISERABLE! I was refered by multiple people but since they have been an ownership or managment change has taken place. You are rushed through an appointment and god forbit you need to get refills on medication. The way the office runs is incredibly inefficient and when they slack on their side they send noverbal signals that your an idiot. Not to mention their walls are paper thin and you can hear the nurses talking about you. Do not recomend this place it is incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time.

New patient here. The doctor was very knowledgeable but seemed to have rushed through the appointment. Considering it was the end of the day, fine I get it. I went in on Thursday for an appointment and my prescription still has not been sent to my pharmacy. I called the office left a message and then spoke to a receptionist after waiting 3 hours after my message and she tells me they were back logged, then apologizes but as I was about to say something she says have a nice day and hangs up... cool...

I have been going to the Dr. office now for over a month to treat my vitaligo. The staff there is totally awesome and so super flexable, esp. since I have to go twice a week. And to put icing on the cake, the staff there has no problem with me bring my 21 month old son with and they go out of there way to keep an eye on him while im getting my treatment. Thank you all!

Same problems as others had: rushed through appointment, cold "bedside manner", impersonal, I felt embarrassed to expose my chest and back. Then to top it off, several of the growths removed by freezing returned, or more accurately, the skin around them was frozen but the growth was missed.
