I have been going to DuPage Medical Dermatology in Wheaton for about 5 years for treatment of rosacea and acne. Dr. Berggren is excellent. She put me in the best treatment plan after having many failures with other dermatotologists. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The only thing that I dont like is the doctors do get booked up quite fast, sometimes a month or two. They will, however, accommodate urgent needs.

Went and saw Sarah McCraken to have some age spots removed and to look at a spot I had on my face. I was told the spots would cost 100.00 which i paid on the way out. I then received a bill because she thought one looked funny but the same procedure was done. I was making payments for this and even I was doing this they sent my account to collection. TOTALLY WRONG AND MISS INFORMED!! THEY WERE NASTY ABOUT THE INQUIRY.

Impossible to get in contact with about filling prescriptions or rescheduling appointments. They give no notice that you have a future appointment coming up even if youve booked it 6 months in advance. They are always booked, and super dismissive.

Highly recommended!! I had a tough case and even though it took a long time, the doctors were all very helpful, fast to get back to you if you called, and seemed to really know what they are doing.
