My at the time 4 yr old had severe allergies that affected his skin. Dr. Kos did everything in her power to address the problem. After a trail and error of different cremes she provided me with a sample that did wonders. The creme was not covered by my insurance and she called and wrote multiple letters and actually fought for me to have the creme covered. She was able to get it approved and it was a life changer for my son.

I arrived 5 minutes late, then they said the doctor canceled appointment, as she has oppointment every 15 minutes, so still I got 10 minutes, ridiculous.... I lost the way when i was driving all the way to clinic, then i got this....unbelivable!!!!!!!! Will never schedule again with this clinic

Always on time and have never been turned away. Dr Kos takes the conservative approach at first but she offers many options if the condition does not improve. I had taken my son to three other dermatologists in the Chicago northern suburbs and she was the only doctor who was able to help him.

Huge Disappointment. We live an hour away , our baby was turned away because Doctor had to leave by 3:00 pm. The worst part "all of her appointments are only 15 minutes". Whoa, thats thorough enough? Yeesh. That sums her up for us. Revolving door, no thank you.

We drove an hour to get our baby here. She turned us away because we were 5 minutes late. Awful experience, bad vibes right away. This Drs ratings are so low for a good reason.
