My relationship with Dr. Herszenson and my internist who recommended him continues to be satisfactory as it has been for many years. The few problems I have had deal with the intermediary - Forefront Dermatology -between me and my doctors. Since getting skin cancer several years years ago, I have been scheduled for follow-up visits with Herszenson once or twice a year. Recently, I tried to confirm my appointment with Herszenson after getting a reminder notice from Forefront. I called the Forefront number but apparently got caught in the national or statewide system. People at Forefront had no record of my appointment, could not connect me with Herszenson, so I made another appointment. Before keeping this new appointment, I happened to find a number for Herszsenson, called his office, confirmed my appointment which had been made by my internist, and cancelled the new appointment. The intermediary had gotten in the way!

Mr. Herszenson and his staff are superb. Upon phone call I was given an appointment to correct my issue within 24hrs. While there I was whisked into the examination room as soon as I put the clipboard down from filling out my information. His assistant was very knowledgeable and directly got to work prepping me to take care of the issue as needed. Mr. Herszenson explained what he was going to do, performed the work, and had me out of there in 30 min or so. I am completely satisfied with the experience, as well as I am with the very reasonable rate for the work performed. Thank You,

Dr. H has always been very warm and open to my concerns. He listens to them and attends to them, as he did at my last visit. I consider Dr. H to be my permanent dermatologist and am only coming to Forefront Dermatology because of him. I hope he will continue to practice here. He is an excellent doctor and a caring one. He always makes me feel that my health is of utmost concern to him. I wish there were more doctors like him.

A very pleasant experience. I was very apprehensive about having a procedure that was necessary, but Dr. Herszenson and his assistant Patrice were very kind and considerate concerning my feelings. They did the biopsy and made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with my whole visit. I would recommend Dr. Herszenson to anyone that needs a good, knowledgeable, and thorough doctor. Found my skin cancer Dr. Herszenson first treated the spot with liquid nitrogen but after it came back he gave me the option on what to do. Try freezing it again or to send a sample to the lab. When I asked what he would do, he said he would have it checked out. I followed his opinion and the lab confirmed with was skin cancer. I thank him for providing his opinion.

As a new patient, they got me in immediately. Other offices in the area were having people book out into May, which is ridiculous. The staff was very timely and I had minimal wait in the waiting room. Dr H could not have been more helpful and sympathetic to my condition. I am so very appreciative him and would certainly recommend.

I had been treated by Dr. Herszenson before since Summer 1992. I was seeing another Dermatologist at Aurora Advanced Healthcare but shes was on maternity leave. I was scheduled to see another Dermatologist. I had to wait longer than 2 weeks. Im glad I was able to see Dr. Herszenson sooner in early November 2016.
