First of all, they "buy" their reviews. My friend was bribed with 2 AMC movie tickets to write a good review after she removed her braces. I initially went in here believing that they were the "cheaper" alternative to braces. Dr. Ty originally gave me an estimate of 18-24 months (give or take a few because nothing is certain with orthodontics). I automatically added in my head an extra 4 months, just so I wouldnt be disappointed if it was a little longer than expected. After the 24 month mark though, I did grow impatient. 2 months past. 4. 6. 8. Now it has been a year since my original take off date and still little progress. They keep telling me next month or the month after that, and with the way the payment system is set up here, the cost eventually adds up to be even more than other locations. Not to mention their technicians talk for about 20 minutes about their lunch/weekend before actually starting on changing your bands. They charge you for months you dont go in, but wont allow you to go in twice in a month even if you scheduled the next appointment at exactly 4 weeks after (the usually wait time for changing/tightening bands). Dont go here unless you are certain that your treatment will fall under 24 months because they will trick you into paying more by making your treatment longer.

So apparently this location has a very loose definition of the word Comfort. Apparently their idea of comfort is making someone who is scheduled for a simple cleaning wait over an hour after checking in before anyone even acknowleges them. Then they leave them in a room for 30 minutes come back saying the doctor must have forgotten about you and instead go to get the assistant. The assistant was fantastic very friendly and effiecient. After the cleaning done by the assistant the dentist arrives and spends about 5 minutes total looking at my teeth and then rushes off. Then after he leaves the absolute worst employee ever arrives. The hygenist Michelle should not be allowed near people. She has zero people skills. Proceeded to call my husband my father. Then when her iron hook dug too deep and I winced she snidely says well that wont help this at all. She was so incredibly rude from that point forward just muttering to herself about how I needed to just let her do her job. Mind you I had only winced once so there was no actual interference. Michelle is completely awful. If you do make the unfortunate choice of going to this office then at least avoid her at all costs.

Thank you so much for all your hard work! Ive been to different dentists in the Thornton area and have had lots of work done but I had a bad tooth that cracked in half and was Im extreme pain for 2 weeks. Worst pain of my life that I could work or do anything all I could think about was the pain. No other dentist would work with me as the tooth would cost $900 to fix ( which I dont have all at once) they were willing to work with me and told me about care credit. I was approved and got in right away. I came in for my visit and the lovely receptionist Alyssa got me back right away. Deena and Brian worked on my tooth and was probably the nicest and most understandING people Ive ever met. I work with an urgent care and this places deffently puts customer service first. Thank you all again!!!

Im only giving one star because it gives me no other choice. I went in for 2 dental implants 2+ years ago. Dr. Boyer is still not finished. He put my first implant in and it busted thru my gums. After a year long wait, he had to surgically remove the implant. He then put in another implant, which was another year long procedure. That procedure failed as well. I will now need that 2nd implant surgically removed. Yes, the 2nd implant needs to be surgically removed. I now need a 3rd implant surgically placed in, going on the 3rd year. My mouth is a mess and Im scared to go thru this painful long procedure again. He was paid up front over 2 years ago. I feel so violated. It has affected my life beyond words.

We have had a great experience at Comfort Dental. We have been going for the past two years. My daughter has a fear of anyone touching her let alone doing anything to her mouth. Dr. Ty and Jalisa were awesome and so patient with her! There always scheduled her for longer appt. so she could calm down and they could go slow. Debbie is a great receptionist also. She always tried hard to schedule both my girls at the same time so I only had to bring them in once a month. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to put braces on their child.

Comfor Dental: Braces at Hunters Glen is a great environment for anyone that has or needs braces. I have had my braces for a while and the entire experience was had at Hunter Glen Comfort Dental Braces. The technicians are awesome and fast in their work and the doctors are amazing as well. I would recommend it to anyone that needs braces or maybe even wants to change their current orthodontist. Comfort Braces at Hunters Glen gets five stars for their awesome staff and great service.

Dr. Nelson is the best, I had went through some hard and emotional times during the time my son has had his braces on and he was completely understanding and worked with me. He has been great from the time we first decided to put them on until now. My son will be getting them off soon and I couldnt be any happier of the progress he has had. Not only has Dr. Nelson made my son confident again but he made me believe there are doctors that care. I would recommend him over and over.

If I could give it half a star- I would. The appointments are never kept on time. The staff is at times snarky and rude and doesnt have the courtesy to at least wait to go into a back room before talking bad about their clientele. So glad I pay them to fix my kids teeth only to have them act like they have a right to be incredibly rude. Maybe if you spoke to someone politely the first time, you wouldnt annoy your clients. No remorse, no customer service. Truly a chop shop.

Our experience at Comfort Dental Braces Hunters Glen has been wonderful. I appreciated the quick appointments, the knowledgeable staff and the fun atmosphere. Sometimes the wait times were a little long, but its only because they are very busy helping so many people. Wed recommend Dr. Tye & Dr. Zach to anyone! Very pleased with the results!

Dr. Nelson and Dr. Tye are very knowledgeable and work together well. I drove from Littleton up to Thornton just to be seen by them. They also took into consideration my drive and helped speed up the process of my braces journey. Eddie is wonderful as well. I would recommend them to anyone getting braces! My daughter just completed 2 years of treatment at this practice. We have been pleased each step of the way! The staff are warm and friendly.
