I want to warn people about this dental office. One the office manager Sara is very rude and uncaring about what a customer has to say or talk about. 2. Watch your bills, they do not tell you that what they are doing is not covered by your insurance and also submitted 2 unallowable charges to our insurance. 3. when i called to discuss the bill we got in the mail Sara said " Here we do not tell the customers that their insurance does not cover the treatment they are getting, you should know that it does not cover this, it is not our job to tell you that". 4. When i went and saw them they said told me even though i had a full mouth xray the year before i year before i had to have another one for their office. Once i notice something was off about them i took my treatment plans to a different dentist and he told me i didnt need half the work done they said i did and told me not to feel bad he see their customers all the time for the same reasons. BEWARE before going here. lastly my husbands appointment was for a cleaning which they didnt do and told him they wouldnt because he need this and that. He went to a different dentist the next day who cleaned his teeth and told him he didnt need any of the stuff they told him he did. My sister works for a dental office who has people coming to them for 2nd opinions all the time and has found half the stuff apple tree them was wrong and over charged them. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

We had been patients for years and have worked with some very caring people here over the years--thats the reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. But when my 8-year-old son complained of pain in his tooth and they x-rayed it and found it abscessed, they told me the tooth needed to be pulled ASAP. They didnt have time to pull it while we were there in the office, though, and they had no time in the next week to schedule him. They hemmed and hawed before referring us to a pediatric dentist--honestly, with all of the time they took going back and forth deciding if they should refer us out or if they could possibly squeeze us in, they couldve just pulled my sons tooth right then! I asked, "So you want us to leave now and then go home and call your emergency number when hes in so much pain he cant stand it?" The receptionist agreed that we could do that. They said theyd call in a prescription of antibiotics, and they were never called in, either. We were so frustrated and disappointed that my entire family has found another dental office--luckily, we also found a very caring pediatric dentist and oral surgeon who immediately too the tooth out.

My wife, my son and I have been happy, satisfied customers of Appletree Dental since we moved to Colorado in 2005. I am very confident to say that I couldnt imagine finding another dentist more attentive, caring and knowledgable than Dr. Carrie Mauterer (and Alisha, our RDH) at AD. Sarah and the rest of the AD admin/support staff round out a great team altogether. FYI, I have Delta Dental for coverage and AD works seamlessly with them - if I have a question about billing, costs, estimates for dental work, I just ask and its given to me. Its really that simple. In fact, I just had back-to-back 6-month checkup appointments for myself and my son yesterday. As always, same great service, same happy employees, same respect for YOUR time. And they have lots of free parking spaces. Cant go wrong with Appletree Dental folks. Really. Come here for all your dental health needs and youll never look back.

Ive been going to Appletree for over 4 years now and I love it. I even had to change dentists for a year because of insurance reasons and I went to one of those big chain dentists and was highly dissatisfied. All the big chains care about are up sells and making more money. So the second I got new insurance I made sure to return to Appletree. Their new location is amazing, if you havent been in there yet definition check it out. I think the staff there is great, although I would like a bit more information about whats going on during any of my visits and why they came up with their diagnosis, but besides that the care has always been great and the quality of work seems A-OK with me. I would definitely recommend Appletree as a fantastic local dentist.

Can I give no stars? I went the Appletree because they were highly recommended and had great reviews. Had a horrible experience. First time they said I needed a root canal and referred me out. That doctor messed up my root canal so badly, I got a horrible infection and the entire side of my face was swollen to twice the size for a week. Then Appletree couldnt make my cap correctly and I had to go in two additional times for that. Then, they told me I had 6 cavities and needed yet another root canal AND that I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning. I went for a second opinion and I had NONE of that! NONE, a perfectly healthy mouth! Absolutely ridiculous and unethical practices. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I love this dental office! Having 4 children we have had interactions with all of the dentists, numerous dental assistants and of course billing and scheduling. Customer service has always been top notch they have always been thoughtful when it comes to scheduling, we have never experienced billing issues (even with coordination of benefits) and they have always been very helpful when I have had questions. The work that they have done has never been below standard they have always made my children feel comfortable throughout any procedure or cleaning they have had to perform. I am very thankful for all that they have done for my family.

Found this gem of an office after leaving another awful dentist office nearby. My entire family of five goes here and we absolutely love it. Beautiful, comfortable interior space and up-to-date technology. All staff has been incredibly nice and knowledgeable and they are so awesome with my kids. Very accommodating for appointments and several last minute changes I have had to make. Would absolutely recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a refreshing change to the typical blah dental experience, or if you are unhappy with your current dental office.

I have been going here for my last 8 years and have had a fabulous experience. When I got married I referred Appletree to my wife and she has had nothing but great things to say as well about her experience. The front desk staff are very courteous and the rest of the staff are very professional and good at making you feel comfortable. My son who is 2 just had his first dental exam here and really had a great overall experience. Dr. Seabury and Dr. Derby are awesome dentists! This is going to be my familys dentist for as long as we are in the area!

The times that they are available are not all that convenient. The work that was done on a crown was shoddy and had to be redone by a different office. The dentist was not personable during most visits. To rectify their mistake I was referred to another dentist due to their lack of resources and knowledge. The dentist that I was referred to did not accept the same insurance that Appletree themselves did. The only good thing that came out of going to Appletree was my discovery of the Orchard Dental Group. I would not ever recommend visiting Appletree.
