My family has gone to Dr. Bailey since 1995. My previous personal experiences going to the dentist were not great. Dr. Bailey was recommended by a friend who knew my fears of going to the dentist. Dr. Baileys staff has the most gentle touch I have ever experienced. I leave from a cleaning feeling like my teeth are exceptionally clean, yet a painless experience. I personally believe that during a working interview to come onto Dr. Baileys staff, if you dont have a gentle touch, you arent hired. My children have all had their orthodontics done with Dr. Bailey and they are complimented all the time on their beautiful smiles. Between our 5 family members, we have had almost everything offered by Dr. Bailey done and have been very happy with the results. This includes orthodontics, bonding, fillings, crowns,and whitening. I trust his professional opinion, his referrals to other doctors for other services and every recommendation he has ever given us. We have recommended many of our friends, family and acquaintances to his office with excellent feedback after they have gone themselves. He and his staff are always friendly and listen to any concerns you may have. Our children actually prefer going to Dr. Bailey over going to see the eye doctor. If we were to move out of state, we would need to come back to Highlands Ranch twice a year to have our dentist appointments with Dr. Bailey and his staff. I am grateful to have found such a comforting and professional dentist practice. I appreciate the services they have provided to our family.

I have been seeing Dr. Bailey at Precision Dentistry since I was a little kid, so for probably over 20 years. I have moved to the city and saw a different dentist maybe once or twice and wish I would have just come back here. Now I make the trek here, its worth it. The staff is incredible, I have seen the same faces over the course of many years which means they are well taken care of and truly care about their patients and what they do. This office has also made the commitment to adapt with technology. Since the 90s this place has really evolved. The technology keeps getting better, the chairs get comfier, (did I mention the chairs even have a massage option?!), and the reminders for appointments take place via text and they reach out personally as well. I had so much dental work done here, from my first expander, to braces and a retainer, then last week my first cavity (thats right, first! They have done amazing with my cleaning over the years) they always make you feel extremely comfortable. Whether you are a kid dealing with getting train tracks put across your mouth, or an adult nervous about your first filling, they are there to make it as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend this practice and am so grateful for the smile they gave me over the past 20+ years.

Until I found Dr. Bailey and his super staff at Colorado Precision Dentistry & Orthodontics in Highlands Ranch, I can honestly say I never look forward to visits to the dentist or hygienist. Their service and friendliness are proof that it is possible to be knowledgeable, efficient and cordial at the same time. I have a complicated mouth and have lived in 6 states dealing with various professionals in the field and can sincerely state that I couldnt be more pleased with a dental/orthodontics/hygiene team that one finds in this office. Ive had various treatments including replacing my vintage bridges with extraordinarily higher quality ones and am very pleased. I wish I could publicly praise each member of this family by name because they are deserving. Our 50 year old son, daughter-in-law and their two adolescent sons feel as I do and never fear their periodic visits. Today I had a new hygienist named Jenna and she was just as pleasant, efficient and gentle as all the others. I highly recommend this team for all your dental/orthodontic work. Drema W. Doolittle

I am due for my six month cleaning at Dr. Baileys office and I can’t wait to get there. I love having clean teeth and I have not found a better place to have them cleaned than Dr. Baileys office. I am unsure how many Dental Hygienist are employed at his office but I know I have had my teeth cleaned by three different Hygienists and have always left with a feeling of satisfaction and gratification. The staff is professional and courteous and the office has a family atmosphere to it. I like that Dr. Bailey spends money on technology and invests in his office and employees to ensure that they can deliver a great experience for his clients. Dr. Bailey has performed other dentistry on me from time to time and I enjoy the fact that he gets it right the first time. I am a business professional and I dont have time for a Dentist to make several attempts at a crown. If you’re looking for a great dental experience I highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Bailey and his staff for over 15 years. I have always had my teeth cleaned here, but when my teeth started to shift a little, I was interested in straightening them. Being a young adult, I was not intent on having a mouth full of metal for a long period of time. Dr. Bailey suggested that I do the Invisalign system. This was the perfect solution for me! There were no wires or brackets, just a clear retainer that shifted my teeth ever so slightly. Dr. Bailey was determined to make my teeth perfectly straight and made sure I was happy with the outcome before we finished the process. Without Dr. Bailey’s attentiveness and patience, I wouldn’t be receiving compliments on my smile everywhere I go! You can always count on Dr. Bailey and his staff to be friendly and welcoming, but also accurate and honest. This is why I have recommended his office to all of my friends and family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cant believe we have been going to Dr. Bailey and his fabulous team for over 25 years now. When we moved to Colorado in 1989 we tried another dentist, but just were not satisfied. We were surprised to find such a gem less than a mile from our home in Highlands Ranch. Dr. Bailey took care of our entire family. He went out of his way to find special care for our daughters special orthodontic needs tracking down a local surgeon specializing in our needs, with no benefit to him or his practice. Now there are three generations of our family seeing Dr. Bailey. Colorado Precision Dentistry has the most ethical, caring and quality dentistry I have ever seen. We are all huge fans and did I mention - He is painless.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been a patient of Dr Baileys since 1986 so clearly I value both he and his work. Dr Bailey is knowledgeable in so many areas of dentistry that I always feel safe and in good hands. I have experienced the placing of new crowns and fillings, replacing old crowns and fillings, braces as an adult, and of course twice yearly cleanings. He is very gentle in his processes and techniques as well. Many of his staff have been there forever: Beth, Susie, Pat. They are all wonderful, helpful and gentle as well. I have always felt welcomed and made to feel at home. I would highly, highly recommend Dr Bailey and his staff.
