The office was clean and my hygienist was very pleasant and did a great job. My score is low because of the dentist I saw. He took a brief look at the x-rays and determined I needed 13 procedures done, mostly cavities filled. He didnt explain what needed to be done, only that they would do it in quadrants for my comfort. The only time he looked me in the eye is when he was asking me if Id considered cosmetic dentistry. After he left the hygienist applied a fluoride treatment that I had indicated I did not want as it was an extra cost to me and my insurance. When I got the bill a month later and called back, they deleted the charge, but it is still due to my insurance. Once my appointment was completed I was to see the care coordinator who told me unequivocally that I needed all the work done ASAP after glancing at my x-rays when I began to balk at the enormity of work that they said needed done. All told the procedures would cost me over $800 and would charge my insurance over $2400. I requested my X-Rays for a second opinion and sent them to my former dentist I had seen since I was 12 and only left because I moved out of state. He said that I needed absolutely no work, and that my x-rays looked better than the ones I had had previous, of which the new dentist saw as well. It had been little more than six months since my last appointment. He advised me to not follow the care plan that the dentist and care coordinator had laid out in any way. Needless to say I cancelled my care appointment and do not intend on going back. I felt that they would have wrecked my teeth for the rest of my life doing that much unnecessary work. Now I know why their waiting room had so many amenities.

This place charges really high for their services and they lied to my family. They convinced us to come to their office at the holiday expo and they said the x-ray would be free. When we went to our appointments we told them over and over that our insurance only covers bite-wing x-rays and they assured us the x-rays were free anyway. A few weeks later we got bills for the digital x-rays and I had to call more than once to get them to remove the charge. The receptionist there claimed that the x-rays are never free. Well, we would have never thought that if you hadnt told us! And the dentist there who read my x-ray said I had an infection and referred me to an endodontist. The endodontist looked at the x-ray and said that the blurry spot under my tooth is a typical thing that shows up on an x-ray and the dentist should have known that. It was not an infection. So...I wasted more than 100 more dollars for a useless trip to the endodontist that was not necessary in the first place.

I was so fortunate to have found Broadmoor Dental in February. Each visit and experience has been very pleasant. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Pruett, regarding my dental work. From the actual dental work (3 crowns and a cavity filled) to Dr. Pruetts very pleasant demeanor with his patients, it is truly the best I have ever experienced. The whole staff is very accommodating and caring. They do everything they can to make the patients feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased to have found this wonderful office and staff. I highly recommend Broadmoor Dental.

I had an amazing experience for a dentist. I had a LOT of problems with my teeth, crooked and crowding, and for the first time I felt like I had found a dentist that didnt want to nickel and dime my teeth! I was able to get a new and healthier smile thanks to Dr. Pruett! His staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Pruett also made sure to maximize the use of my insurance so I could get the cosmetic look I wanted while fixing the damage. I have a whole new mouth and now I can smile without being self conscience! Thank you SOOOOOO much Dr. Pruett!!

I would recommend Dr. Pruett to anyone that is looking for a wonderful Dentist with the most advanced technologies. Thank you, Dr. Pruett for being so dedicated to your profession!

Please dont go here if youre affiliated with the military. They lie and say you need X amount of work done and upscale the price because they know MetLife will cover it. I know this factually because they told me I needed X amount of cavities and needed a crown. I requested my X-rays and sent them to my home dentist (in Indiana) AND a second dentist in CO Springs an BOTH said my teeth were fine and healthy! This place is a waste of time, pain and money if youre military. Not military-friendly.

My wife has a post put in, with a cap. at Broadmoor Dental. Two years later the post broke, the cap fell out, and another dentist discovered that the area around the post had been infected and never treated; the bone had rotted; and painful and expensive treatment will now be necessary. Wild horses couldnt drag us back to Broadmoor Dental.

My girlfriend recently went in for a cleaning and they informed her that she had 7 cavities. We read an earlier review and decided to get a second opinion from another dentist and they said she had none. Unbelievable that they were trying charge over $1,000 for services that werent even needed. I would not recommend this dentistry.

I have been seeing Dr. Khurana for many years, both in Sunnyside and now in Pasco. He is a true professional and also a perfectionist. He has done a very nice job on my teeth and now my wife sees him as well. I have told several coworkers about him when they needed a dentist.

This is NOT a child friendly medical facility!! If youre child is crying for ANY reason while youre having treatment done they will treat you VERY unprofessional and become VERY negative with you! They are NOT a professional facility! I would NEVER refer ANYONE to this facility!

Broadmoor Dental has the friendliest staff around. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. My wait time is very short, Dr. Pruett explains everything that is going to happen and his staff talk about cost up front so there are no hidden surprises.

I have been going to Broadmoor Dental for just about a month. There is barely any wait time before I see my doctor. I would recommend them to friends and family or anyone looking for a great dental practice in Colorado Springs.

Dr. Pruett is very knowledgable, thorough, and caring with his patients. I would recommend him to anyone I encounter looking for a professional who actually cares for his patients and is an expert in his field.
