This place was terrible! I went to this Dental Group and called before my appointment and asked if they took my insurance. The lady, who does billing, told me that they accepted my insurance. Furthermore, she called my insurance the day before my appointment and was notified by my insurance that I was not in network. When I arrived at my appointment, no one told me that my insurance did not cover the visit. This is terrible customer service because I got a bill several weeks later for $400. This is where it gets interesting. This dentists office gives a $100 gift cards for new customers (as a promotion ). The lady who does the billing, told me that my insurance will not cover my visit and assured me that it was my fault for not knowing. Then I talked to the dentist, who told me that I was given a $100 visa card, and can use that money towards my bill. This company is cheap and does not want to work with insurance companies, so they give you a $100 promotion, to use towards your bill. The dentist did not care, and told me that I needed to pay the bill. I have had my insurance for over 9 years, and I get 2 free cleanings every year. This is the first time I had to pay for a cleaning, because they did not want to tell me that my insurance did not cover the visit. Furthermore, the dentist said, " we dont consider ourselves an in network or out of network company." Which means they dont want to work with insurance companies, because in the end they make all the money. Please do not go see these people they did not care or help me out for their mistake. This company does not advertise on their website that they do not take Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance, or that they do not consider themselves as a " in network or out of network company." This dentist should know, that customers ask the question, " are you in my inssurances network?" For a company to not tell the customer whether they take insurance or not, is shady, and manipulative. The service here is terrible and I will never recommended this company to anyone.

Please excuse this long review, but it covers some of the information most reviews lack about a subject most people (especially myself) are interested in knowing. I have had the best experience with this Dental Office. The staff, and the practicing Doctors were amazing. I admit, I dont always have time for, and my diet is not the greatest for, my dental health. These people probably know this going in, but not once have they lectured me, or made me feel uncomfortable. They have advised me, but not belittled me. That was and will always be one of the most important qualities I remember about them. To go on about the physical experience, 4 root canals later, I have yet to find room for complaint about the work they performed, both during and after. I expected discomfort, and days of recuperation, but I was eating a good meal within hours of the visit, each time. I recommend this office, my Doctors were Dr. Peppler, and Dr. Stubs, and their assistant staff, for professionalism, comfort, and exceptional talent. The price was up front and fair, the availability of appointments was agreeable to my schedule, and the overall experience was more pleasant than I could have expected. I will be returning for more future work, and I will be able to do so without feeling any judgment about the condition I first showed up in. I recommend these people to anyone that asks.

I had a bad experience as a child that has scarred me for life, had a surgery in my mouth that went bad and the thought of all that pain has kept me away from dentist unless I have an absolute emergency. Well, it happened. I went in and advised the assistant that I was seriously scared and why, Dr. Peppler came in, reassured me, made me feel as comfortable as possible. They both explained every step of the way. Basically held my hand through the entire process. I dont have the best teeth because of this fear of mine, and the last time I went somewhere else, the dentist really made me feel bad about it. Dr. Peppler and his assistant spoke with me after my absolutely PAINLESS extraction of a wisdom tooth, and actually made me feel better about my situation. They were so kind and comforting, I actually will be back here, before its an emergency. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this, a pleasant experience. I cannot wait to work with your office in the future and hopefully gain some of my confidence back. Thank You! Go here. Period. If youre reading this and not sure, go in to this office. You will not be dissapointed at all. May even come out with an excitement to go back.

I was very impressed when I called and spoke to Lorinda to explain the previous appointment I had made involved action that was no longer appropriate due to an emergency extraction I had done over the weekend. She was very kind about the change in plans and adapted my appointment plan to accomodate my changing concerns. When I came in, Ronnie (sp?) did a great job of asking great questions, relating to me and explaining everything she was doing and what to expect when I met Dr. OLeary. Ronnie was also very empathetic, which helped a lot because I have been in pain and have been through a lot in the past few weeks. Dr. OLeary came in very well prepared, he had the x-rays Ronnie had, notes on all the conversations I had with his staff (including interactions over the phone). This made me feel more calm as well as giving me confidence in someone I had never met before. He also was comprehensive, was not afraid to ask questions more questions as needed and I felt like he has a sincere interest in my best interests. I appreciated how easy it was to talk to him, understand everything he was explaining to me & how comfortable I was talking to him and asking questions.

I have been a patient here since I moved to Colorado and they are simply THE BEST. Today I learned that not only are they great at what they do, but they truly care. My mother was in town from out of state and one of her crowns on a molar came off. The office was getting ready to close for the day and without an appointment or any problem, they told me to bring her in and they would get her taken care of. Staying late on a Friday to care for someone who was not their patient.... I am a patient for life here. Great group of skilled people with the people skills to match.

Ive been there for quite a few years now but, last year, my insurance changed. I had asked if the group was on my new insurance plan and was advised "yes" but, what they really meant was they are on the OUT-OF-NETWORK group. Hence, my costs went skyrocketing!! In addition, they didnt handle my daughters orthodontia work or my appliance work properly and we are now ending up with lots of additional costs and trouble to have things done two or three times!! We are moving and I suggest if you want anything other than basic cleaning done, go somewhere else.
