My review is the same exact as the person who did one on Ripoff Report. I was told my portion of the billing, well over $800 to replace a crown. I set up a payment plan. I made all the payments. At the end of 3 months, the billing clerk came back and said that I owed $175 more. Even though on my payment receipt she wrote, "BALANCE PAID IN FULL" after the 3rd payment. She said that my insurance didnt pay enough,...... I said my insurance hasnt changed, you quoted me the wrong amount and I shouldnt be liable for your mistake. She said that they can always give an estimate because they are too incompetent to quote the correct amount. I said that I cant rip the tooth out of my head and give it back. Lara said that this issue isnt important enough to let the dentist know. So Im writing every place I can to get the word out. She also said that it was my fault that I didnt ask if they were "in network" or not. Add to list Edit

This dentist and staff are AMAZING! I live in Texas and come here when I visit the Denver area. They are highly professional, very thorough in the exam, cleaning, and treatment plan -- and worth every dollar it takes to get the dental work done RIGHT the first time. They are fun but yet focused on their professions. I highly recommend this office -- youll be so glad you chose them!

Dr. Bauman and his staff have always been so nice to me. I am very afraid of needles. Somehow Dr. Bauman is able to give me a shot without me feeling the needle at all! Everyone is always very helpful when I have questions and they are all so good at putting any of my fears at ease.

The problem with this dentist is its staff. They are very forceful in making you think you require all this dental work which will be very costly. Any dentist that offers a cheap exam is desperate for business. Get a second opinion if you choose to use him.
