I would give 0 stars based on billing department. I payed my bill on time and the check was processed and cleared quickly. This was 5 months ago. When I continued to receive bills I called billing. The employee taking my call advised me she was sure it was fine and I should just ignore the bill, because she was sure it was just took a long time to process and the bill had already been sent. I let her know she just gave me bad advice because my check had cleared a few days after I mailed it. She could not find any record of that. Terrible excuses of not having any idea as to where the money went because of a different system handling this along with all of their other locations. I ended up asking for office manager to speak to me. It was confirmed they had no idea where the money went. The burden was on me to aid them in correcting their error by sending them a copy of front and back of cancelled check; which I did. I still continued to receive more bills. I mailed a note with the stub from last bill explaining again that the bill was paid AND I had also sent in copy of the cancelled check. I received another bill today. I called the billing office again. I was again being given excuses about it being a "different system" that takes care of the billing. I was asked to answer questions I had already answered many times and was again told I would get a call back. Besides the 3 times I have mailed in the payment and proof of payment, I have made about 4 phone calls. They have not yet acknowledged any of the written communication and have not acknowledged at least 2 of telephone contacts I have made in attempts to clear this up. The medical care seems competent. The billing is surely not. Be sure to document each contact or communications you have with their billing department. Keep good written notes, telephone number, time and date of call. The location of the office, the employees first name, and the office managers first and last name. Along with this notes on what was said during the phone call. I still dont know what it is going to take to get this fixed.

Unacceptable! Three months to get an appointment with my primary care physician for a basic annual physical. Then on appt. day, I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. During my 45 minute wait, no one bothered to approach me to explain anything or give me any indication on when I might actually get in for my appointment. I left without ever seeing my doctor, but I at least checked in to let them know my plan. I was happy with my doctor, and as I understand it the walk in clinic is phenomenal. But they seem understaffed and overwhelmed at the primary care facility. My time is valuable too. Ill be looking elsewhere.

These People are struggling to schedule patients and have limited doctors on hand. Its sad too because I have only been with them for a year and I get the feeling Im being told to wait in line or move on because theres not enough availability. My last scheduled appointment was almost five months out and then cancelled with the comments Dr. Bewer would be out that day. Its clear they are having staffing issues. Bummer. As far as the quick care goes I was told last July I had a eczema rash and given prednisone only to end up in emergency with pancreatitis and sepsis. So theyre definitely struggling to get it right.

Today I found out once again I have no primary care doctor at Mercy Gorham Crossing. Apparently my second doctor in 2 years retired and I wasnt notified. The first time my husband and I both lost our doctor without knowing. This practice is a mess and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The staff is short, rude, and unhelpful on the phone and in person. The doctor turn over leaves patients without care. The communication is zero. Look elsewhere to be sure of your care. I will say the urgent care at Gorham Crossing is excellent and Id give it 5 stars!

Absolutely horrible I was told by Dr brewer its his way or the highway I was also asked how I would pay for test I absolutely need and also told the doctors are allowed to use the personal judgment on my care not medical facts beyond petrified of there care...

This is the best place to go for blood work. The person who usually draws blood here is the best I have ever had. She hardly ever misses a vein and is always has a cheerful disposition in a place that has its share of sadness and hurt.

It had pretty good care. Wife was sick and they made her wear sneeze mask. We told them she has asthma and cant breath with mask and they said she has to wear it and they were pretty rude about it.
