failed in continuity of patient care. Insisted on doing my pre op for surgery at another Hospital. Botched the ekg twice. waiting time between blood work,xray, ekg took hours. Explanation was prior patient was a trainwreck. Were fully informed of where the results were to go and did not relay that info prior surgery date. Impeding my surgery and pre op had to be done again at Falmouth hospital (which is where I was to have pre op) delaying my scheduled surgery. The surgical team there was appalled . Never even saw my PCP. ALL ABOUT BILLING AND WHO GETS MONEY NOT ABOUT THE PATIENT. Bunch of clowns.
