I had a problem with Quest Diagnostics on Elm St. on 11/13/12 I called and scheduled an appt. with the automated system but, wasnt sure if the test was fasting or not. So, I called their Client Svs. to be sure by talking to a person. After verifying who I was by DOB. they confirmed my Dr. and the test was fasting. The next day I went for my appt. and was told they had no lab request. I told them that was impossible as I had talked the prior day to Client Svs. and they not only confirmed my Dr. but also the test was fasting. The lady at the desk said she called Client Svs. too and they had no record. By this time I had been fasting 16 hrs and was getting hungry. I asked if they could just take my blood and urine and correct the problem once they found the lab request but, they refused. I was pretty hungry by then and gave up and went to eat. When I got home I called Quest number again and spoke to Client Svs. once more I was told they have had my lab request since the 9th. The hour drive each way and fasting really took its toll on the 14th. So for obvious reasons I refuse to deal with Quest any longer

Been there twice--both times the service was extremely slow and unprofessional. They have one slow person running the front desk and drawing labs. Expect to wait a very long time, even if you have an appointment. I also requested labs to be sent home and they never did that. I will NEVER go back to that location on Elm St again. Labcorp across the street is way more efficient and professional. Im not happy my insurance made me switch. Ill be trying a different Quest location and hope its better.

Once you actually get in the lab it is only unpleasant. It is the process of trying to make an appointment or talk to someone that is so close to impossible that it defies logic on just why their offices overflow. I guess everyone just gives up on the appointment waste of time bs and just walks in to sit and wait for an hour. If you have a choice and your insurance doesnt force you here, then word to the wise, avoid this company!!!

Rude, horrible people. Dont answer the phone. Nobody is ever in the front, they are in the back talking. Mess up your bloodwork after it is already done, so you have to get it done over again. Then when you come in and complain, they kick you out. Calling the better business bureau and any other agency.

The lab tech was excellent. However they had a huge problem delivering the results to my doctor. After 7 days the Dr. still did not have the results. This is beyond poor service. What good are lab tests when the Dr. is not able to share them with me during a visit 7 days after the tests?

Since when n do you have to sign in to drop off a frozen specimen IN A VERY HOT WAITING ROOM! !!! Very rude lady with grey hair and a ponytail. Should not have to wait to drop off a FROZEN specimen. They are frozen for a reason. Rude Lady is Mary Carey. Waited 15 minutes.

The lab here is a joke the wait is so long the staff are never to be found u can hear them but no one in sight its very unprofessional
