My husband made a prior appointment online for an 11:15am blood test. Knowing we would walk in on a busy room with a lot of walk-ins we expected that his appoinment time will be considered. Its 11:30am. Well its late. But thats not the problem. Its the fact that my husband couldnt even get the chance to let her know his appointment time, as she let 2 people get in who came later than us "BECAUSE THEY HAD TO BE DONE AND GET TO WORK!" WE HAD TO BE VOCAL AND ASK WHY OTHER PEOPLE GET IN FIRST AND WE STILL WAITING EVEN WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT? Very disappointing!!!
