This place is terrible you wait so long especially when your fasting for the test. not only that staff is just talking among them self while patients are waiting to be call. I decided to go to another lab, My friend told me to go to Foundation Laboratory on Spruce Ave but before I did i call to make sure they take my insurance, at least someone answers the phone there so i ask the girl if they take my insurance which is PPO she told me yes it doesnt matter if its a quest or any form. She told me i dont need an appointment just come on in youll be out in less than 20 min. So I went and yes i was done in less than 20 min. One person did everything and shes good with the draw too. People dont waste your time at quest go to Foundation Laboratory.

Listed hours are wrong! Posted sign says walk-in hours 7am to 4pm.. so keep in minf what any business claims online for their operating hours as they are usually bullshit and close an hour or more than they say.. I guess will be stuck with appt.. which is, ehh, ok when properly informed and advertise but false advertising is never ok.. ***Update*** To be fair, I came the following morning around 930 and only a couple other patients here so I think the trick is not too early and not too late say 2hrs either way and youll be in and out in about 15 minutes. My insurance is screwy at the moment but the staff was cool about everything too so just follow the "golden rule" and there should be no reason for bad service..

Today was our worst lab experience ever. We waited in a full waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes before being called back. We were told theyd somehow missed us, but others waited just as long, so Im not sure how they could miss so many of us. Then, my daughter, who is only 11, had to endure not one, but two blood draws, even though the first draw worked fine. Not sure why, but the phlebotomist took four vials from the first side, then took the needle out, and proceeded to draw the other arm and take two more. She did not explain why the two draws were needed, and multiple times said she wasnt sure which vials she should use. It was not a comforting experience at all. :(

a patient came to the wrong address (ours) and asked where the lab was located. I asked her if she had the address and she showed me the form from Quest which didnt have a # or address. After using Google to locate them, we tried calling to let them know she was lost but was late and on her way and they were rude, short and didnt even ask what the patients name was. I gave her driving directions but I wished I could have scheduled her somewhere else..... who are these people? Do they even have an education? Its obvious that whoever employed them did not have high standards for customer service...I am embarrassed for them.

This is the first time I ever went to this Quest Lab....I just want to say, to bad all the others are not like this one! When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful...The facility was very clean, immaculate in fact...The two girls who did my blood work, were very professional and did a good job...They didnt have to poke my arm multiple times, like some of the other facilities I have been to in the past...If I ever need more lab work done , this is where I will go...Keep up the good work girls!

This stupid business cant have ONE real life person answer their damn phone? Ive been trying to speak to someone in the office for hours now, since I cant make it over there today and I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. My blood work was not sent over to my doctor, which was supposed to have been done WEEKS AGO. Now Im trying to call them to ask what the hell they did with my results but all I get is the same damn robot. This is ridiculous. They have more than enough people in their office to answer the f***ing phone.

I have been to this location on 4 occasions this year. I drive my mom to have blood drawn for her various doctors. This is a good location, because the staff is professional and courteous. We have been able to get in and out very quickly, usually less than 30 mins. Today we were done in 20! I cant give less than 5 stars based on our visits.

I had to have a 3 hour Glucose tolerance test and there was confusion with the paper work my doctor wrote up. After fasting for +12 hours I was really feeling sick, but the staff went out of their way take care of me and work out the doctors orders. It was a horrible test to go through but the kindness of the staff made it so much better.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Went in on a Monday and the waiting room was full, standing room only. Walked out made an appointment online for the next day. Tuesday walked in for my appointment and was in n out in 20 minutes. Great service. Quest no longer accepts my insurance. They went from great to only ok

No one EVER answers a phone at the office. Theres not even an option to speak with someone when you call in. This really sucks when you need to know if you have to fast prior to your visit.

I always get my lab work done here. They have some of the best phlebotomists I have ever met! Make an appointment and you wont have to wait over a 1/2 hour.
