Dr. Reed is awesome but the reception service is highly unsatisfactory. I had to reschedule an appointment (couldnt get in any quicker than three weeks out) and when I showed up for said reschedule, I found out the appointment had been mysteriously CANCELLED without ANY notice to me. Receptionist made no apologies and the only way I should have known the appointment was not scheduled properly was because I didnt receive a confirmation call looks like its up to me to find out when appointments have been cancelled without my knowledge. My time is clearly not respected here. Im trying to get a skin cancer screening and have now made three attempts at seeing this doctor. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT.

We showed up at 4:26 for a 4:15 appt. and were denied service due to their ten minute rule. Dont be late or you will have to reschedule. This customer service policy sucks a duck! If youre an MD dont be a batch about working late. Dont be surprised why other dermatology locations have better reviews.
