Congratulations to Bridgeport Smiles, the dental practice of Dr. Neepa Modi and Associates on their one year anniversary. Dr. Modis vision of dental practice experience and services offered to her patients was never short of the highest quality, state of the art technology, comfortable visit, and the Wow experience. Part of the experience is for each patient to feel calm without stress each time they visit the practice. The office offers amenities such as massage chairs and TV glasses to allow for patient relaxation. When it comes to hiring associates and team members, each must practice with the same philosophy and they do. When you walk into Bridgeport Smiles, there is a calm feeling. I remember the day I met Dr. Modi. She was looking to open her own dental practice and was interviewing dental practice management companies that offered new start-up dental practice services and could deliver exactly what she was searching to do. She chose Dental Performance Institute to assist her in making her vision of dental business ownership a reality. Thanks Dr. Modi!! As I and our company have watched the growth of Bridgeport Smiles over the last year, I would highly recommend Dr. Modi, her associates and team to take care of me as a patient.

I went to Bridgeport Smiles between September 2015 and February 2016. I was told that I had 9 cavities and was admonished for having "high blood pressure". But I continued with my treatment plan (I wish I hadnt) and had 5 of my "cavities" filled. I switched jobs and insurance so I sought out a new dentist. Based on BS math, I still had 4 "cavities" left to fill. Imagine my surprise when my new dentist said, you only have one cavity and its nowhere near the 4 "cavities" they said you had. The worst part is that I paid hundreds of dollars to Bridgeport Smiles to have imaginary cavities filled and be shamed about having "high blood pressure". It turns out that I have healthy blood pressure and my physician suggests that the technicians were not taking my pressure properly. All in all, save your money, time and esteem. Bridgeport Smiles is BS.

I made an appointment for filling last month for today at 1:30 December 7. And I pretty sure that I set an note alarm at 1:30 on my phone. There days before, someone call me to confirm my appointment at 1:30. And I went there today at 1:15. They told me I missed my appointment. The appointment was at 11:30. I felt so disappointed. I had waited a month for filling ,and I came back to Chicago from Wisconsin in early morning in order to catch up my dental appointment for filling. But I have done nothing. Fortunately, I went to different dentist. They dont really care about persons teeth........

I chose this dentist office because Dr. Modi is a UM alum, and I am happy that I made such an awesome choice! She knows her stuff, really. Im the kind of patient who tries to avoid dental work whenever possible, for many reasons (my family couldnt afford dental upkeep during my youth, etc.) Not only was she honest with me about my current oral health, she was able to give me information on what I would need to get done in the future. Which unfortunately for me, turned out to be true >_< Bottom line, the team is awesome (Yesenia & the dental assistants) & Dr. Modi is the truth. #GoBlue

Ive known Dr. Modi for years. She always offers high quality care. Ive had several dentists in my lifetime and none have earned my trust the way Dr. Modi has. She is honest, caring and gentle. I always know what to expect, as the team is consistently friendly and helpful. They also accept my insurance and offer affordable dentistry. I feel like I should call her my friend, not just my dentist. I have recommended her to family and friends.

The ladies at the front desk were great, the dental assistant Chris made me feel right at home and Dr. Nora was very kind and explained everything to me thoroughly! My wife keeps visiting dentists in her past 15 years and never met a dentist unprofessional and careless like this. Even the students in UIC dental school treated her teeth more seriously than this dentist. Stay away from her.
