I got my all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nash on August 11, 2016. You will find out the reason why I waited a year to write this toward the end of my review. My first red flag was that they would NOT allow my mom to come in the room with me, I was 20 at the time and I wanted my moms support. Second red flag was when Dr. Nashs assistant came in to "prep" me for the surgery started to prepare numbing needles. So I ask... "Wait I thought you guys were going to put me to sleep." And he responded "...I mean if you want to go to sleep you can but thats gonna be an extra $300." So of course I said no because I was thinking about the price and not what would be best for me pain wise. And of course neither one of them explained the differences or the pros/cons to me. I would say that Dr. Nash was friendly, but by she greeted me by administering 5-10 numbing shots in my mouth! So she starts removing my wisdom teeth and mind you Im awake so there are times when I have to stop her because I can literally feel the teeth ripping from my gums! All she would do was stop and administer 2-3 more numbing shots each time! I received about 20-30 numbing shots total through the entire surgery. She was literally, at one point, pushing down on my forehead to help her snatch the teeth out of my mouth (2 out of 4 of my teeth were impacted.) When I was done, that was it. She literally just said "dont spit because that will cause your mouth to bleed more and you cant eat solid food for 3-5 days." I didnt get any information on how to care for my mouth, didnt get any medical mouth wash, and I didnt even get a follow up appointment!!! And at the time I thought this was normal! By the time I got to the car BLOOD WAS LITERALLY FALLING OUT OF MY MOUTH. I was in severe pain already and I had just finished the surgery 15 minutes prior! I was hyperventilating and crying from the pain and my face had already swelled twice its size! I couldnt speak audible sentences because of the severe swelling and I couldnt even swallow! By the time I got to my house I was crying and literally stumbling because the pain was making me faint! My mom gave my one of her Vicodin, because I hadnt been to Walgreens yet to fill my prescription, AND IT WAS LIKE CANDY! It did not work AT ALL! Vicodin, VICODIN, did not work to ease the pain! And because I couldnt swallow, I literally had to drop the pill down my throat! Within 2 hours of the surgery, I had a cup next to my bed that was half full of blood and I was having to change my gauze every 5 minutes because my mouth was bleeding so badly! And, because I couldnt swallow or open my mouth for that matter, I couldnt drink anything but water for the first TWO DAYS after my surgery! By the third day after my surgery I could eat applesauce and drink ensure because I had finally regained some ability to swallow. But because my swelling took a month to go away, this meant I couldnt eat solid foods until a month after the surgery. But I didnt know that my incisions STILL hadnt closed! I got my surgery August 11, 2016, and by October 11, 2016 I still had GAPING HOLES in my mouth from where the wisdom teeth were removed! And they were packed with food because I had started eating solids. I called the office and they were not helpful, so I literally had to DIG the food out of my incisions myself and then rinse my mouth with water! Overall the incisions (holes in my jaw) didnt close up until late November! This unfortunately meant that I had to go back to a LIQUID diet until they healed to prevent infection! I also was not pain free until DECEMBER! Thats a 4 MONTH healing process! And, to add insult to injury, Im suffering from permanent numbness in my mouth! That is the reason why I waited a year to give this review! Because I wanted to see if the numbness would go away after a year and it still hasnt! The bottom row of my teeth as well as half of my tongue is still numb TO THIS VERY DAY! I apologize for how lengthy this review is, but Ive said all of this to say DO NOT go to Dr. Nash! Please!

This lady is THE WORST!! My man went to that office to get 2 teeth pulled and she was totally horrible! She didnt explain what she was doing, never showed any compassion whatsoever. She just stuck him with the needle, no warning no nothing. I REALLY DONT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHY THIS LADY IS STILL DOING WORK ON PEOPLE. HE FELT THE PAIN WHEN SHE WAS PULLING HIS TEETH, SHE JUST STUCK HIM WITHOUT WARNING AND HIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED SHE JUST GAVE HIM A COUPLE PATS ON THE BACK AND SAID HAPPY HOLIDAYS.....WTF???? AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL HIM HANG IN THERE WHEN HE TOLD HER ABOUT THE PAIN HE FELT WHEN SHE WAS PULLING HIS TOOTH. WHICH MEANS SHE DIDNT NUMB HIM CORRECTLY!!! FOR THE PEOPLE WRITING REVIEWS SAYING " I HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE, SHE WAS NICE, THIS IS MY NEW DENTIST" YALL MUST BE GETTING PAID TO SAY THAT BS CAUSE THIS LADY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. PERIOD! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS LADY!!!! IM MAD AS ALL HELL I HAD TO GIVE HER 1 STAR AND SHE ONLY GOT THAT SO I CAN PUT ON HERE HOW BOGUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND JUST FLAT OUT WRONG AND DISGUSTING FOR THE SERVICE SHE PROVIDES!!! SO ITS

Staff very nice Dr.Nash not so much. It was my first time getting dental surgery. She came into the room called me by my last name told me her name and that was it. She didnt explain the procedure or how its done. She went right in sticking my mouth at least 7 times. I still have a deep gash inside my mouth were she kept sticking the needle at so its hard for me to eat on that side. She did very sloppy work, I had to tell the dental assistant to put the tube in my mouth so I didnt have to swallow all the blood that was in my mouth. After she pulled my teeth she just left the room she didnt say anything not bye have a nice day absolutely nothing. Its been a week and my mouth is still umcomfortable. Im only going back as a follow up appointment even tho she didnt tell me to make one, Im actually assuming I need to make one. I will be trying to go elsewhere for other work. When your in the type of business she is in she needs to learn to be more compassionate for her patients.

My daughter went there to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled. It was a horrible experience for her. She told me Dr. Nash was so rough and did not even talk or explain the procedure. She pull her teeth and sent her on her way without any follow up. About 1 1/2 weeks passed and her lip is still numb. I called the office myself and told them what was going on. The receptionist, who was very rude, told me that is normal and should go away. Another week passed and her lip was still numb. So, I called the office again and explained that her lip was still numb. After a great bit sigh, the woman says can she come in Wednesday? Well, after going to the appointment the Dr gave her pain meds and told her she signed the paperwork stating that, that could be one of the side effects. So, now months later her lip is still numb. I would never recommend going to Dr. Nash. We are looking for somewhere to get her checked because she doesnt want to go back there.
