I have gone there for years and am now CHANGING CLINICS. There have just been too many times now that my family and I do not receive the care we deserve. I realized this after seeing a specialist and witnessing the constant care they provided. We were then sent to a different specialist because of an additional health problem and they continued to help with the scheduling and making sure we had follow up care. Then after seeing how the second specialist treated us, with the caring staff and professionalism and follow up care, we realized how poorly we have been treated by SOCFM. The MANAGEMENT are not concerned for your well-being, they do not check up on you, they do not assist in getting you into specialist. They rely on answering services and create a barrier in communicating with your doctor. I wouldnt go back there if you paid me!

I have been coming here for years as a child and during those years and into my teen years I saw Dr. Woolman who was always professional and knowledgeable. Ive always appreciated his expertise and bed side manners. Into my mid to late 20s and now early 30s Ive been seeing Dr. Olson (formerly Ahrenstorff) and she and her assistant Brianna have been wonderful to work with. Theyre always professional, I get back fairly quickly, theyre compassionate, my needs are listened to and met. I know Im hard to work with and have put many messages in with questions/requests and they always get back to me in a timely answer. Ive seen other physicians on a case by case basis. My experiences have all been great and I enjoy working with the entire staff. Thanks to all of you at South Ogden Center for Family Medicine. Heidi (Guy) Branin

South Ogden Center for Family Medicine (SOCFM) is an excellent place to go for medical care. The operating hours of the clinic have saved me and my family several visits to the ER. The clinic provides full service that includes lab work up and X-Ray capability. The wait time and care provided by my primary provider, Dr. Woolman has been outstanding for many years. Occasionally, Ive had to see the other Doctors or Physician Assistant which provide equal quality of care. The staff that greets you is all ways friendly and puts a smile on my face even though Im not feeling well. I recommend SOCFM for someone looking for medical needs.

From the moment you walk in the door you are treated as if you are the most important patient in the room. The doctor I have, and his medical team, in fact everyone there, are so professional and yet, fun. They set worried people at ease and comfort little children as they treat them. When I go for something, they are all very kind and treat me with respect and listen to my concerns and make them as important to them as they are to me. I recommend this clinic and all the doctors there to anyone I meet who needs a doctor.

Natalie Olsen is the greatest. Her bedside manner is superb and she always gets right to the heart of the problem and helps us without delay. Her assistant Brianna is also great to work with and very friendly. I am a bit rough around the edges, but they always treat me with respect and they always have the working knowledge that makes me and my family very comfortable. I am so glad that I found Natalie and I heartily recommend her and the SOCFM staff for anyone looking for a fantastic primary care provider.

I have been going to SOCFM for quite some time and have always been happy with the caring staff and physicians. I have to say that I was a little taken aback by Lisa Maconi-Correa when she came in and remembered me from almost two years ago from the last time I saw her. I love that!! I also love that she makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me and doesnt hold anything back when telling me things to improve my health. They always make me feel better. :)

I would not go any where else. I have been going to Dr. Bruce since he took over Dr. Taylors practice. He has help my family more that any so called specialist that we have seen. He doesnt forget about you when you walk out the door. That is obvious on the follow up visit he has researched what you were there for the first time. If I wrote about how he has helped my family this would turn into a book.

Lisa Miconi-Correa NP is fabulous and I would greatly recommend her. She is very thorough, explains in detail, and takes her time so that u leave understanding your illness and treatment. She is personable, upbeat and friendly which makes a crappy dr visit less painful. The facility is very clean and the staff friendly as well. Easy appointment and short wait times.

I have been coming to this clinic since I was an infant I like the medical staff they have but the waiting room experience is straight up aggrevating . The office staff is unprofessional, loudly gossiping constantly. They play trashy inappropriate tv on loud volumes all day. When youre sick, that waiting room is the last place you want to be.

I have been going to South Ogden Center for Family Medicine for just over a year now. I find their staff very competent and easy to get an appointment with. The waiting room is always clean and quiet and I havent had to wait very long for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them with my health care needs.

Ive been treated by SOCFM for over 10 years. My primary care manager is Dr. John M Hemmersmeier. Hes thorough, knowledgeable, and is the nicest doctor Ive ever been treated by. If youre looking for a new doctor, I would would look no further. The staff at SOCFM is excellent. I have always been treated courteously and professionally.

I have been going to SOCFM for 25+ years. Ive been treated for cracked ribs (twice), dislocated finger, stitches, thyroid, cholesterol, annual exams, etc. The staff has always been great. They are very professional and friendly, I have gone there so long many of the staff know me by name. I would recommend SOCFM for anyone.

I have been a patient at this clinic since 2000. The staff is great. I love that they have evening hours and that, if my doctor is not available, I can see someone who will have access to my records. I always feel like I am listened to and that my opinion is factored into treatment options. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Hemmersmier is a remarkable doctor. He is very accurate with his diagnosis and he is very kind and caring. He makes sure that I understand when something is not right. He saved my life when no other doctor knew what was wrong with me. I am totally blessed to have a doctor with all the knowledge that he has.

I have been with SOCFM for many years. Even though my original doctor has long since moved on, the staff as a whole has been exceptional. I do not have a particular doctor - the clinic is my doctor. With the experience, areas of expertise and availability, I am more than pleased with the service and care.

I had to make a same day appointment and the process was very easy and they had one available at a perfect time. I was Lisa Miconi-Correa and she was awesome! She was very thorough and made sure that she covered everything. She was also very friendly and polite. I would definitely go back to her!
