If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw Dr Dinh twice: My first visit was a general physical to establish care and to obtain refills on my chronic medications. Dr Dinh never once expressed any sort of real concern or genuine caring throughout the entire appointment. I received the bill after and was charged for TWO visits. The front office staff explained that the insurance counted me talking about my depression medication as a separate visit. I paid both bills, but this is absurd and could have been taken care of in a better manner. Insurances only bill off the codes the physician and the office enter, so the OFFICE charged me for 2 visits in essence. My last visit was for tailbone/back pain, that was limiting my mobility, from a snowboard fall. I asked the medical resident, who saw me first, for a small amount of Lortab to help me get to sleep at night and an prescription for physical therapy for my back. Dr Dinh then came in and ordered a urine drug screen, like I was an addict seeking narcotics. I waited another 30+ minutes for that to come back. He gave me a prescription for a small amount of Lortab (which I never filled, because I was so angry after leaving the office), and a prescription for an anti-inflammatory that I ALREADY HAD and that was in his records. Oh and no prescription for physical therapy (I had been hit by a car while riding my bike a few years back and needed it for my back, and this new tailbone injury was aggravating that old injury). The new bill then came in the mail with the normal office visit charge PLUS a $62 charge for the drug screen. How absurd is this?!? Dr Dinh treated me with complete disrespect and this office is a financial racket. Extremely disappointed for the medical field in general with providers like this out there. Paul Hellinga, PharmD

I saw two Dr.s over the course of six months that I was going to this clinic. Dr. Dinh was extremely rude and discounted anything that I had to say about a recurring condition of mine. After several weeks and no results I started seeing Stacey Banks who was better as far as listening but the same results and months after first going here for treatment I was sent to a specialists who had me back to normal within two days. I made an appointment to see Stacey Banks for a knee injury. I was in a lot of pain but she required that I see her first before sending me to the specialist. I arrived 7 minutes late to the appointment as I fought traffic to get there and had to slowly climb the long stairs to the clinic with my bad knee. I was told that my appointment was now cancelled due to their 7 minute rule. If a patient is late 7 minutes or more then they lose their appointment. I had never been told that when I made the many previous appointments. They wanted to reschedule me for a week later. No thank you. I have waited more than twenty minutes every time I have had an appointment with this Dr. and she cant wait 7 minutes for her patients. No longer a patient here and I am happy! Dont use this clinic if you like being treated with respect and receiving quality health care.

I loved Millcreek primary care up until today. if I could select 0 stars I would. Dr. Corson was my primary care Dr but left the practice a few months ago. The entire staff has changed during the last year and I can only say one office staff has been a pleasure working with. I have an ongoing medical condition that I would see Dr. Corson for regularly. Since he left I got placed with Dr. Dinh. I had my first appointment with him today and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. I didnt see him for almost 45 minutes and when I finally did he had already jumped to conclusions and didnt even reference my current medical file and condition or ask me why I was even there. I only went to see him today to get his advice and thoughts on meds my pharmacy changed supplier on, because he would not answer a couple simple questions over the patient email system. I left feeling awful and not properly cared for by a Dr who works in the office Ive been going to for years. He didnt reference any recent notes from dr corson or bother talking to me about why I was seeing him. he just discharged me as a patient assuming incorrectly about my medical background. I will never recommend or return to Millcreek Primary care or Dr. Dinh.

I will never bring my daughter to this clinic ever again! Lisa whats-her-last name, N.P. was really rough when my 12-month daughter didnt want her to look in her ear, she squeezed the top of my daughters head, forcing it to turn to the direction she wants. My daughter cried loudly while she did this. I know my daughter and I know she got hurt, but I did not say anything even if I should have. Second, we were in for my daughters vaccines and they gave her 5 shots and we left after. 2 hours or so later, I got a call, saying they forgot to give 1 more vaccine. I went in AGAIN that same day for it, only to know that it wasnt required until her 15th month. Whats wrong with you people?! I only found out after they gave it to her. Ugh! Worst ever. They said its because I dont have to return in 3 months. Id rather return in 3 months than to have my daughter overdose on vaccines!! What kind of facility is this? Do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time going there.

1/8/14 this was a really snowy day. We were literary 6 minutes late! The Secretary was down rite Rude she said we have a 10 minute Lee way policy we were still in the ten minute rang and she said there is nothing we can do We had traveled 22 miles through the snow almost 1 hour ahead of schedule and got 6 minutes late poor this place is horrible and I will be getting ahold of some news station. I hope the ugly old short haired mean lady lives the way she acts because no 1 would love her and thats what she deserves! I even heard the doc in the back say I can see him he is going to have to wait 45 minutes! no thanks I will never ever return here and Im going to the news

I just had my first visit with Lisa Western at Millcreek Primary Care and my experience was one of the best medical experiences Ive ever had. I had been on a medication that I wanted to get off and she supported me in that decision, and even told me the medication I was on was not recommended for me anyway. She also saw aspects of my medical history that other doctors have not found before, and addressed them with incredible knowledge. She is very innovative in her approach to medicine, which I loved. I would recommend her and Millcreek Primary Care for anyone who wants an exceptional experience.

Lisa Western, DNP is everything one wants in a caregiver. She is both knowledgeable and skilled but what really sets her apart is the time and attention she gives to her patients. Motivated from of a genuine concern for the physical and emotional wellbeing of her patients, she listens attentively, advises and oftentimes reassures. I have always dreaded going to the doctor and I mean DREAD. However, I now feel that I have someone on my side, cheering me on to obtain the best health possible. The front office staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient. Lovely office!
