Looks like its time to find a new doctor... Do not ever go here! I cannot stress this enough- THIS OFFICE WILL PUT YOUR HEALTH IN SERIOUS DANGER. I have been 4 times in the last year to get my birth control shot (I need it every three months). The first time I came in I was only supposed to see a nurse assistant and get the shot - should take 15 minutes tops. I waited for 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES past my scheduled appointment time before I was seen. I had checked in several times with the front desk assistant to inquire about the long wait time. Finally after an hour she said she was sorry, but the doctor I was scheduled to see had been double booked. I informed her that I was there to see a nurse assistant, not a doctor... When they called me into a room 15 minutes later I walked in to see the room set up for a full gynecological exam! Stirrups and everything. When I said that I was not they for a gyno exam the nurses were very confused, but eventually got me the shot I needed. Apparently they "never received" my records from the exam I had previously. 30 seconds for a shot, almost 2 hours waiting at the office. The next two times I came in, I experienced the same problem - but at least I was prepared. I would check in with the nurse at 15 minutes past my appointment at and 30 minutes past. Every time she said the doctor I was scheduled to see was double booked and I would inform her that my appointment was only for a nurse assistant. But at least I got the shot I needed. The last time I came in they seemed to have figured that part out because I was seen fairly quickly. But when I walked into the back with them, the nurse assistant told me I needed to provide a urine sample. I said I was happy to oblige, but I might not be able to since I had used the restroom just a few minutes ago. The nurse assistant became very irritated and short, frustrated because she said I knew I needed to provide a sample, so why would I do that? She said that it was required to provide a urine sample every time so they can run a pregnancy test before I receive my shot. She was also upset because even though I arrived on the correct date for my appointment, my appointment should have been set for the previous week, and my birth control shot would not have been effective in that mean time. She also informed me that this is standard practice becasue receiving a birth control shot if you are pregnant can cause serious birth defects. I obviously was very upset and informed the nurse assistant that I had not been asked for a urine sample the previous three times I had been in (a full nine months!) and that no one had warned me about the timing of my appointments, or that this one was past due. She responded by telling me that its not their responsibility to know when my appointment should be scheduled, and that sometimes the nurse assistants forget to ask for urine samples. I put up a protest because Im not a doctor and I dont understand the intricacies of this medication - I made my appointment when the front desk assistant said to, and I assumed that since I was on a birth control shot, pregnancy would not be an issue. The nurse assistant would only respond by telling me that this is all my responsibility - I should tell the front desk assistant how important it is that I am seen exactly 12 weeks later, and I should remind the nurse assistants on every visit that I am supposed to provide a urine sample. I literally cannot believe the level of negligence at this office. It is NO EXCUSE to blame the patient for the mishandling of appointments and medication and it is IN NO WAY my responsibility to make sure that my doctors office follows their own procedures. God forbid I had gotten pregnant and the baby had been harmed by the shots they continued to give me, because I would have sued the hell out of every person involved in this practice. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR LIFE.

This is the Comcast of care providers and it has the same level of customer service. This is the single worst office I have ever been in and the fact that it disguises itself as a medical office only makes this worse. I have never reviewed a place before. I literally only signed up to warn honest, good people who need medical treatment not to be taken advantage of by this place And just for context, my mother is a nurse and my wife is a doctor. Let me share: I filled out my preappointment forms online 3 days before my visit. All I needed was the office to take over my prescription from my previous out of state doctor. Last time I did this, the doctors office took care of this in a few hours. Super professional, fast and effective. I showed up to my appointment early. I waited around for about 30 mins after my appointment time had passed before anyone acknowledged me. The nurse was callous and rude. It was like I was at some fast food place a few minutes before closing and I was ruining her fun. She barely looked at me, sighed and huffed when I asked her to repeat her mumbled questions. She didnt even know why I was there! She said she didnt receive my records from the previous office yet. And she said arent you here for a physical? Unbelievable. The doctor was the only saving grace but she didnt have anything to do because I was only there for my medicine. As of my writing this roughly 2 weeks after my appointment I STILL DO NOT have any Medicine . I called a week after my appointment and asked if it was ready for pick up and after he confirmed my info he said "yes, just waiting for you to pick it up" awesome.... I leave work early again for the second time to get to the office and they have no idea what Im talking about it and they interrogate me asking me what number I called, what number I called from and what drugs I require. After answering these same questions multiple times I finally speak to a manager who apologizes and says this practice of front office staff telling patients to come in is a frequent thing (what?!) and that she will personally call my former doctor and get the records. This is week 2 and I dont have my medication. Thank God this is not life or death because I would have been dead by now if I needed this for my heart or blood pressure. I called again this Friday on 2 separate occasions and not once did they answer or give me a call back. How is this legal? This is the most unprofessional care provider I have ever visited and its shameful that 0 starts cannot be given. You will waste your time, money and patience on these folks. Find a small, local doctor that will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve If anyone is reading this from Arrowhead, I am going to post this review everywhere I can.

Friendly staff.... not too bright though! My first visit a while back was a disaster, (lets just say there were mistakes made, misinformation given and a lot of frustration) and I was determined not to return. However... Laziness prevailed, and my prescription ran out, requiring me visit just for refills on my maintenance meds. APN Nystrom remembered me and was very attentful and kind. At her recommendation I visited Dr. Clark who is amazing and i highly praise his work! His adjustments are fantastic. So my intreractions were much better and APN Nystrom followed up with me as she said she would. BUT.... Watch for billing! "Youre all set!" 3mo. later, oh you owe us $150, no explanation besides talk to your mailman since we sent bills? (My question was about how it was $150, not if my mailman knows how to do his job) I asked several times an was told "nope, nothing further due"? The person in billing was so frustrating and condescending that Id prefer to pay the bill an just not visit again. Again, Dr. Clark and APN Nystrom were great and the receptionists were really nice. Never the less, my 1st visit being horrendous and then dealing with the billing dept its just not worth the hassle. $25 a visit is reasonable for services provided through my insurance if I was charged accordingly after each visit, but to get a bill for $35 months later and when I call to clarify Im told its actually $150 and apparently my mailman doesnt know how to do his job? Im just shocked... its easier to get my maintenance meds elsewhere.
