i went in today as a walk in [637 east main st mesa az]- was told that they were really busy - i got that - then i started filling out the forms - so that it would be easier when i returned - the young woman behind the desk said that if i could wait they would be able to get me in - i chose to do that - whew what a good choice i made - yes it was not instant i had to wait - and it was well worth the wait - i recently went to washington state and in the 3 months i was there i was not treated as well as i was as a walk in at a clinic i knew nothing about and knew nothing about me- i have lived in washington state 30+ years - thank you 1st care for hiring only the best

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:2:45I show up at 2:30 to fill out my paperwork (as the front desk rep advised) i wait until 3 thinking they would call me,until i went to the front to ask whats taking too long and shes just talking and texting and she says "oh your insurance covers everything and $30 please for a service fee" i paid and had to wait another 45 minutes just to get swabbed. And i get sent to get my blood drawn . now the map they gave me is outdated. 3 different locations were permanently closed and i had to drive to san tan valley for nothing. This is one of my worst customer service ive gotten .
