Women, stay away from this place. If you need to see someone for menopause, a pelvic exam, pills related to female needs, anything feminine really, theyll turn you away while taking your money for doing nothing at all. They make you wait for months before your appointment. Their phones rarely work, its always a machine saying theyre closed, even during business hours. The front desk people will ignore you, because to them youre just a nuisance. Theres a guy who works there, his name is Jerry and let me tell you, if you get him, LEAVE immediately. Cancel the appointment. He never does anything, only takes your money and sends you to someone else. HES NOT EVEN A DOCTOR. HES ONLY GOT A NURSING DEGREE AND A PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT DEGREE. He will also tell you exercising and a healthy diet dont really matter. I was 10 pounds overweight, and brought it up with him because my family has a history of strokes and diabetes, and thats what he told me, telling me that it doesnt really matter that much to live a healthy lifestyle. Appointments here take a long time to schedule, because no one wants to see him. AVOID. A 30 minute drive to someone else is worth it.

What a joke. Dr. Quigley is awesome, but the staff around him is miserable. You can rarely reach anyone at the office, youll have to leave a message and in some cases wont even get a call back until next week. If you are able to ever speak with someone and actually schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait an hour or so before being able to see the doc. Once your in with Dr. Quigly, he takes good care of you. Quick and efficient. Too bad he couldnt get some decent help around him...

Did not get the girls name over at VMG very rude to me on the phone trying to get my mammogram results they had for days and never called me telling me that Pam is not in today that she will call whenever she reviews.they had my result for days I have called 5 times leaving message and finally spoke to someone today to tell no one is in to give a my results. its been way over 48 hours that I have left message with not a call since Tuesday

NP Mark Hansen is the best thing about this place! I called on a Tuesday at 1pm and got the message the office was closed?! Tried to set up an appt last week and was told they are closed on Fridays?! When are they open??!!! I never,ever get a live person when I call. I always have to leave a message. BTW try talking to the patients and not have your back to them while typing in a computer.

Loved a practitioner that was there so much that my husband, son and I went. Than the whole practice changed and wasnt happy but was stuck. But today met Dr. Quigly, and am so happy!!! He is a wonderful caring man. I hope he stays there forever or I will go where he goes. He is the best I have had in the past few years. He brought back my confidence in Dr.s.

Can never reach anyone by phone always have to leave a message.then hope you get a call back. Voice mail says with in 30 minutes but that doesnt happen. The only reason why I started going there was because mark Hansen transferred there and now hes no longer working there. Guess I might be looking for a new practice.

I have been a patient for 13 years love them. Every time dr. Benjamin would tell me what he thought was wrong with me when I went to my mayo clinic Drs they would confirm what Dr Benjamin had said. Just love him, I am sick he is no longer with you anymore.

The front office need to work on their patient care I was ignored for a while and wasnt greeted when I first arrived. When she did make contact it was very short and not very nice. Aside from the front office staff the NP Hansen was very nice.
