This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a Dr. He gets one star ONLY because this review system doesnt allow you to put NO STARS! The front office seemed to have lost my appointment that both myself & my insurance made on a three way call with his office, then after 10 min of the office trying to tell me I never made an appointment... the Dr. was almost an hour late for the appointment that I made in advance. He looked down my throught & said "the nurse is gonna do some tests" then he walked out & NEVER CAME BACK!!!!!! REALLY?!?!?! Isnt he suppose to come back to talk to me about my sickness or what he is looking for, what he thinks it could be..... his plan for treatment????? Nope! NOTHIN! Well, I continued to get sicker & sicker over the 2 weeks following, & ended up spending a week in the hospital and 36 hours of that time in the ICU. Because lets be honest, this Dr. didnt take the time to listen to me, nor did he seem to properly review the testing. I had a SEVERE PNEUMONIA being hospitalized because I only had 18% of my lung use..... HUGE MISS!!!!! I wrote a letter to this Dr. explaining my concerns about the treatment I had (or didnt have) & as expected... got nothing from him in response. His office called me twice, two days after my appointment to tell me that my tests all were fine, then I get a letter from them a week later saying that they have been trying to reach me to tell me that my tests were "fine" & the dr. signed this letter... HELLO!?!??! Your office COULD reach me AND they spoke with me TWICE!!! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AT THIS OFFICE! ■ I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this Dr!■

So this is the doctor to a family I am very close to and the things this doctor has done seriously need to be reviewed. He is a horrible doctor. My friend went in with a noticeable patch of dark skin on his cheek and went in to get it checked because it was getting worse. Dr. Macarthur explained it was calcium build up and said it was nothing to worry about. A few months after he went in again for a shoulder injury and while waiting in the waiting room an intern approached him and told him that the patch of dark skin on his face was indeed skin cancer! He had to get it removed and thank god it wasnt anything to serious. Not only that but another member of that family went in with symptoms we didnt know then were stomach ulcers at the time to see what was wrong. Macarthur prescribed him something then a few days later called saying to immediately stop taking it because it actually inflamed the ulcers and made it much worse; and it did it caused him to throw up every morning multiple times, every day he took it before Macarthur told him to stop taking it. If you care about your health at all PLEASE by all means never go to this doctor. He will take your money and diagnose you incorrectly and then wont do anything to fix the existing problem. I would rate him at a zero if it were even possible.

LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM, THEM, THE WHOLE PACKAGE!!!! He saved my life!!! I was having a life threatening allergic reaction. I have had them before, but through grace and emergency rooms I always made it, but I was in my car, driving with this one. Pulled into the office, they saw at the front desk how bad it was and I was seeing him within seconds!!!! No questions asked!!!!!! Oh my gosh, I am in tears!!! Caring, respectful, knowledgeable, I love this Doctor and this office.

Horrible customer service. Cold and inattentive to my wife. The receptionists were on their cell phones instead of helping my wife who was with an 8 month old baby in her arms, pawned her off to 4 different "assistants" for pay; Dr. did very minimal if any checking up or diagnosis. For being a health organization; very poorly ran. Would give negative stars if possible.

Ive always liked Dr. Macarthur. He is calm, professional, and knows his stuff. We take all our family members to him. Ive seen him for years and he is always spot on with his diagnosis. Recently my father in law went to him and he took a lot of time explaining things and making sure everything was understood. You can tell he cares. Great doctor.

I bounced around to a few different doctors after moving to the area. Dr Macarthur is the best Ive found. Ive used him for a couple of years now. I looked at the negative review by the person that has never been to him but "knows" people who have and that has not been my experience at all. I wouldnt have any hesitation recommending him.

We have found Dr MacArthur to be a very caring, talented doctor. He may have made a mistake with a patient concerning a skin problem, but all doctors make mistakes. My parents think he is the best doctor they have ever been to. He goes above and beyond what I would expect in expert medical care and we trust him completely.

I hadnt even finished my paperwork as a first time patient and was already being seen. Dr. MacArthur listened to me and it was very easy to have my prescriptions transferred over to him. I highly recommend seeing him if you are I need of a new doctor.

Dr. Macarthur is great. I know he truly cares about his patients. The front office staff gets a thumbs down. I dont know if they just hate their lives or what but they are always ornery.

I Like Dr. Macarthur, My only issue is that I dont get to see him when I need him. I feel like he has a lot of patients and I have to schedule out a ways if I want to get in and see him.
