Hi I was seen here on Friday of last week by Dr. Levine and the staff was great I got treated great on the medication that I had been on the search for for months now because no other doctor would write it considering that Im a combat veteran I suffer from PTSD among other things nightmares flashbacks of shell shock him you know so the doctor was really nice about process of prescribing me for Klonopin but now now Im having issues because its not helping the symptoms so I just called and asked if I could speak to you know the doctor or somebody I spoke to a woman at the front desk who was very rude. She told me that the only way the only other thing I can do is to follow up with psych well I dont I dont have a psychiatrist and not only that but just for Magellan itself it takes theres like a four month wait so youre not here I am now out with you know damn youre no medication left and theyre treating me like Im a meds seeking junkie and I dont appreciate that. So what now? Panic through the night?

Unbelievable! Made appt two days ago. Didnt have my insurance card but they were able to verify all info on their computer. Show up for appt and new receptionist says they must have the cards to be seen. Smh. Hu? No you dont... license is verification enough and all info is already in computer An hour late into my appointment and another 45 min in a room I was told the vaccines I needed are not in the office! Seriously!!! I asked when I made the appointment as well as when I arrived and was assured both times the vaccinations were there. I still had to pay copay, 2 of them actually as two of us needed to be seen. They make sure to collect that prior to your appointment... and Im positive they will bill our medical insurance for office visit. So unprofessional I will never go back and will let my neighbors know of this waste of time and money.

my husband loves the doctor at this office on 35th ave and baseline but the billing lady (i dont know her name because she wouldnt tell me neither would aaliyah who was i think the receptionist) i called to get a payment history for 2016. i had been calling for two weeks so i can file my taxes. she stated to me we are busy we dont have time for this stuff because we are dong other stuff like taking care of patients. i asked her to email or fax the history she stated she cant email so i said fax she said maybe.....REALLY maybe???? i asked her for a supervisor because she was rude she said she is in a meeting i said what is her name the billing lady said i dont know then said amanda garcia and then said FAX NUMBER ugh i will never have my husband go back

Terrible experience... when I took my daughter there for appointment. The provider called out and they didnt bother to call me and I was really mad especially the front desk staff didnt understand why I was standing there while they are on their phones. I called to give them a second chance. They said we are not allow back because I got mad for their staff being on their phones and cant make a phone telling my appointment is cancelled. Im calling bbb and my insurance to let them then what terrible service and the have no common sense what customer service is..

Need to find a new doc. Ive had nothing but problems getting prescriptions refilled at this joint. I just got off the phone with their front desk after Walgreens waited for 1 week for an authorization that never came through from them. Clinic states that they never got the request for authorization and they are now asking me to wait 48 to 72 hours for a call back ("per their policy"). This would be a call back to me, mind you, and not pharmacy. All the while my insulin is out and will likely be out over the weekend as today is Friday. Horrible!

I have a great experience at the clinic. They take great care of me every time I go, and its a comfortable environment. Wouldnt go to any other place to have medical work done. The staff takes care of you and fulfills your needs, to their greatest extent. Rebecca, Mechelle and the staff are all always nice and bubbly, theres never a time we dont laugh and tell jokes so I enjoy myself and the environment when I come stop by for a check up. Go get checked by them today and you wont need to go to another place to have work done.

Great place very clean as soon as we walked in the office front desk greeted with smiles on faces we filled out paper work and as soon as we turned it in we were called in less than 10 mins nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful medical assisstants were very kind and fast they were really funny I would definitely come back to see them thank you for making me feel much better I came in with headaches but left very happy from this place and got my medication from pharmacy within 1 hour!

This clinic is amazing! I am treated with respect, and they take the time to really listen, and I can honestly say, thanks to their care and attention to my labs, I feel they have changed my life. I love my Dr. , Chelsey, and Mechelle Dail at the front desk, always takes her time to answer any questions I have and she makes me feel so welcome when I come in! Thank you Mechelle!

Ive been here a few times for myself and my daughters. Place is clean, the ladies behind the desk are very nice, and they even have a TV to keep kids entertained. Doctors are very knowledgeable and actually want to get to the root of your symptoms. The doctors care enough to listen and try to educate you by helping you change your lifestyle. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great experience, everyone is always very pleasant and genuinely nice. Its very clean. I just had an appointment a few weeks ago. I arrived 5 minutes early and was seen on time... once I was in a room I waited less then 10 minutes total... I have been going to this office (Laveen) every 2 to 3 months for over a year and I have never had a bad experience.

Love this place i have been to doctors that havent shown real interest in helping me but here they really try their best and do everything they can. The wait is never long and they always make time for me even when I call last minute. Everyone is always kind and caring definitely a good place to go when feeling unwell.

I couldnt be happier with this office. They offer extended hours and I have NEVER waited more than 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room. The office is clean and all of the employees are very nice. The doctors listen and explain everything in terms we can all understand. Great doctors office, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Rebeaca ,and Denise and mechelle are very good MAs .The clinic has helped with all my troubles of discomforts .They was very knowable in there field of work and I would give those sweet ladies 5 star any day and I will refer a friend .
