I will say I love Dr. Staughbuck. He isnt and was never scared of my pit bull. The one vet with blonde hair didnt know how to handle my pittie. He is a rescue and is pretty docile. He will growl, not snarl or foam at the mouth, he is just kinda scary he is a rescue. When he growled she liked of jumped through the roof. Not saying she isnt good or knowledgeable but when ur a vet u should know how to deal with all dogs, of all sizes and by the way I had him muzzled, no need to jump out of ur shoes.. I dont feel she was very personable and sympathetic to a DogMom. Now Dr Staughbauch is a legend and very knowledgeable as well as caring and passionate, he just picked my pittie and boom it was all good from there. On top of that he understands ppl with a fixed incomes and helped us very much when it came to his medication and the bill. Now that he sold the business to this woman, it kinda went down hill. Not very hospitable and or caring that u may have limited funds and or need to be seen right away. When u r a animal lover u dont always think about the cost when ur saving them. Thats just like ppl who foster children, if they have a real passion they dont think of the cost they think about giving that kid a different life, only difference is the state will pay them and they are the ones who abuse the state for money and abuse the children. Im tired of ppl saying if you dont have the money why did you rescue him, because I wanted to thats why, why did you foster that child, I know because the state pays u thats why. The state doesnt pay me to love, I give my love free and is given without compromise.

Dr Staubauch and Parkview Animal Hospital was recommended to me by a close friend as being a very reasonably priced excellent doc and team of veterinary professionals. We adopted a senior dog Clyde Frazier in late 2011 after my previous dog passed. We were told at the shelter that he was an owner surrender; the owner had gotten cancer. He is the most precious well trained smart dog and were so lucky to have found him as he had spent a month at Montclair Township Animal Shelter! We tried taking him back to his original vet in Nutley but for the dental cleaning he needed from years of neglect, plus teeth extraction we knew it would be costly. He was diagnosed with advanced gum disease. After visiting the Nutley Bird Animal Clinic (an excellent clinic) and with my friends recommendation, we opted for Parkview and were very pleasantly surprised at the final bill for excellent care of our fur baby! We have never regretted this decision especially since recently having to put down one of our cats and feeling Dr Staubauchs compassion and care during that sad event that you never get used to. Parkview in Passaic Park is TOP NOTCH!

I have known Dr Staubach for almost 18 years. I have been fortunate to been able to bring all my pets to him. Under his care he has shown great compasion, attention to detail, and a true spirit and animal advocate. The Dr shows you its not just the "bottom line" he worries about. Hes practical and knows the costs involved in helping our animals. His "holistic" approach to their care is his best asset. Only when absolutely necessary will he consider more conventional methods. Never will he compromise the animals well being. I may be biased, but he is the best Vet I have ever known or heard of in my life time. You couldnt do any better for your animals than leaving them in his care.

Please be aware !! They will try to make money , they care more about money then your pet . My wife took our dog for an X-ray for his leg because he was in pain but the doc thought some useless tests were needed prior to an X-ray $$ and then x ray for more $$ and then was not able to help my dog and refered to a different doctor . Long story short spent 450 on an X-ray that told the doctor she could not help . Would not recommend it to anyone . Please research before going to any vet as I have learned to do my self

Drs. Guerrero and Kahn are top-notch professionals and fantastic people. We have been going to them for many years now and are thoroughly satisfied with the service and care we receive. They take care of my girlfriends five cats, my giant (but gentle) 130 pound Rottweiler as well as my 11 pound Maine Coon cat. The entire staff is very caring as well as efficient - and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other local vets (which is why I switched from my other vet originally).

Ive been taking my dogs to Parkview ever since they were 4 weeks old. All the doctors are so compassionate, friendly, loving and understanding. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. The office staff is just as nice. They will stay on the phone with you until all your questions are answered no matter how long it takes. I cant say enough good things about Parkview Animal Hospital❤️

Ever since weve had our dog in this area, weve been going to Dr. Kahn at Parkview Animal Hospital. She is EXTREMELY good and really cares about her pet patients. Our dog somehow got a really bad anal gland infection and she was aggressive with treatment without taking any more risk than absolutely necessary for our dog. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kahn without reservation.

We have 3 cats and take them all to Parkview. I highly recommend them! The staff is great, especially Dr. Khan. She always calls us to follow up after a visit and make sure our cats are doing okay. They are compassionate and will take great care of your pet. They are also less expensive than most vets. They are there to take care of your animal, not to make money.

All the doctors at park view are exceptional. As another reviewer stated, you KNOW that they love the animals. We have an 18 year old dog who is by all means healthy, he was a rescue dog 11 years ago, and thanks to Dr Staubach, and Gurriro, he maintains a comfort level of a happy & healthy pet. I highly recommend them.
