I took my dog here for boarding. First of all, they kept me waiting there for 50 minutes, no explanation even when I was asking repeatedly what was going on... Very RUDE. Then they told me my dog needed a special shot just for the 3 day boarding $259 EXTRA!! plus his boarding fee. They put a huge choke-rope on my little 16 pound dog and manhandled him, EVEN WHEN I WAS SCREAMING AT THE NURSE AND THE VET TO STOP IT! THEY IGNORED ME AND PUSHED ME OUT OF THE WAY TO GIVE MY DOG THE OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED SHOT. My dog was in shock, and so was I. I had to leave him there , because my plane was leaving in a few hours and I had no time to take him elsewhere. Right away I arranged for a relative to drive hours to pick up my dog from that terrible place! She called me and said that she had to give my dog a bath, because he was filthy and stunk very bad already.

My dog was dying, I called this hospital and an Indian lady picked up with a broken accent and I dont care attitude to go along with it. She did not care if I was dying or my dog was dying, this heartless woman. I dont understand why someone like that is working at a place where only compassionate people should work. I would never bring my animals to this slaughter they call vet cause if the vet allows someone like this to work there, he must be a vet with a 3rd world country diploma made of leaves. After I got off the phone I called a vet in Paramus and they took good care of me like a human being with manners and education would. Stay away if you love your animals and if your dog is dying calling this ruthless people will not do anything, youll just waste precious time.

I had a terrible experience here. I brought my dog in because he had a tick bite I could not remove. When I called the doctor they said it would cost $60 for the visit. By the time I was through I paid $250. He gave my dog a lot of unecessary shots and medication. He just wanted to make more money and dis not care for the well being of my dog. This man is a crook and I would never go back

Excellent service and great explanation of vaccines and dog information. The Lead Vet is very professional at this job and resolved my dogs past infections with great anticipation and dedication. But needs better penmanship on his writing when filling out the pet insurance claims... LOL. But overall very good service!

Honest, nice, and helpful people, they suggest you what your pet needs and asks you what want, they explained and gave me an estimate of what my kitten needed to get done and what I could afford, I would recommend this to anyone.

Moved to the neighborhood , so I was like this vet office is close to my house , let me take my cat there.The receptionist was so rude , never ever will go there . The worst office ever.
