No this place is terrible, dont believe all the reviews on here. The moment you walk in they have a sign that says if you give them a good rating online and show it to them you get some money off your bill. The first time I went there I had three little kittens I picked off the streets. I made an appointment there and I waited a good hour with a bunch of people cutting in front of me. At first I was like sure w.e dont mind. But when I finally started getting attended to, she brought us to the room and STILL made us wait another good 30 minutes trying to attend a bunch of other customers even though I had made an appointment. When she finally got back to us she just told us about everything that they needed like their first round of shots and meds. She literally did not explain to me what exactly the shots were for or any medicine. She didnt even touch the kittens or take them out of their carrier mind you, and she took us right back outside and gave us he bill first before doing anything. Now I know when running a business you want to make sure the customer can afford the service and whatnot, but damn you didnt even look at them. So we paid, had to wait again. And then she finally took us back in the room and started giving them dewormer. Now she didnt even tell me what she was doing, Im actually studying to become a vet myself and work with animals and I had to guess what she was giving them. She was actually surprised, plus she didnt even give them equal dosages. At this stage this is when I actually started getting ify... It was when she started giving them shots that I made up my mind. But before that it turned out that my kittens had ringworms and once she realized this it was really obvious that she didnt even want to touch them at all. Like really?? When she started giving them shots it was fine until it was the last kitten, when she was pulling out the needle she didnt pull it out all the way and she actually left it in and let it dangle from the kitten, when she realized her mistake she quickly pulled out. She was extremely sloppy with her work. When we were finally done, she went on to explaining all the things I needed to buy to permanently get rid of ringworm. After I left I just went into looking into more about ringworm and I found out that you can simply use coconut oil and apple cider as treatment, so I decided to use that first just to try it out. A few days later she calls to check in but when I told her about me trying my method first she basically yelled at me over the phone saying how it wont work and that I need to buy this medicine (which was super expensive considering I needed to buy 3 each) and that she dealt with ringworm before and it took over 9 months to get rid of it and even that the medicine wasnt too much of a guarantee and that we would have to keep trying different ones. She didnt even let me speak, so I just agreed with her and just continued with my treatment.... Ringworm completely left my kittens within the month.... I have not went back to this vet, it is true what the other ratings said about her being money hungry; shes only in it for the money

I spoke with some Snarky secretary who stated that the Dr. handles her account that she has with us, but she apparently makes the decisions for the Dr. cause she said she doesnt care about what we have to say and she not interested in saving money and upgrading the services to the new technology. We then said since the Dr. name is the only name on the account, we need to have her consent that she doesnt want to make any upgrades. She then said she makes the decisions for the Dr. and dont ever call here again and then hung up.... See, being a military veteran, I have been taught to respect people and your elders, follow proper procedure and the chain of command. Being a Petty Officer, if I ever made a decision for my chief or commanding officer, I would be demoted...in your case, collecting an unemployment check! And if I heard the call that is monitored and recorded, at how you were talking to people on the phone, representing my business as minimum wage life size desk weight...id make sure that on your next job, youll be begging to get promoted to flipping burgers! Secretarys need to understand, that when you act like a snot on the phone, especially in this day in age, that your going to be put on blast for everyone to read. So when they make a call or review the business, they will know ahead of time, that if they speak with you, you will be potentially costing the business money. Grow up and answer the phone like an adult! Oh BTW, based on the reviews, it sounds like the Dr. is AMAZING! Highly recommended!

This place is super over priced. Double of what other animal hospitals charge. Even minor things such as first shots and fecal tests. Dr. Tobias is cold hearted and money hungry. My cat got sick suddenly and I spent a lot of money. I honestly believe that they did nothing to save her. My cat didnt even make it home. Then when I called the vet to let them know my cat passed away, no one showed compassion. The waiting room smells, not even like dog or cat but like they never clean. On a good note, the other vet there is great. Not sure what her name is. She is caring and takes her time. She lets you know everything your pet may need. She also didnt mind answering my questions. The receptionists are very nice and attentive. This place is OKAY but I am considering going elsewhere...

We have been taking our maltese to the Animal Hospital of Passiac Park since he was a puppy (he is 8 years old now) and have taken our other pets here as well because Dr Tobias is the best animal doctor around. Dr Tobias is the only doctor I will trust to treat my dog. The office hours are fantastic and they go out of their way when there is an emergency and the pet needs to be seen right away. Doctor and staff are always polite and respectful. The diagnosis and treatments are spot on and my dog is always cured. Costs are reasonable and very affordable. My maltese is as healthy as he is because of the expertise, knowledge, compassion, and great care of the doctor and staff at the Animal Hospital of Passaic Park. I will not take my pets anywhere else.

When I had to put my baby BJ to sleep was one of the hardest day. A year ago I also had to put my other baby Princess to sleep. Both Shitzu....Both girls...This place was so very Sympathetic and they comfort me and my sorrow....And they even send me a sympathy card. The place is not fancy but was full of hearts caring workers. Which that was all that I ask.. That you care and show it to those who Love their pets. And they did. I would recommend this location. THANK YOU
