Since this location has changed to SSM, it has become a joke. My husband went in for an obvious sinus infection. No line. No one on the patient list. He was the ONLY PERSON THERE at 10:40 am. The sign in kiosk forced him to make an appointment for 11:00, the next available slot. The Medical Assistant and NP (or whatever their credentials were), sat there and talked for 20 minutes before they let him come back right at 11:00. Seriously?! NO ONE WAS THERE and they made him sit there and wait. As for my own experience... I made an appointment, but didnt have a hard copy of my insurance card with me. They refused to see me without it. I lived basically across the street, so I ran home to print one off (because they wouldnt print one off there even tho I could have emailed it directly to them...), and came right back. Now they couldnt see me because my appointment time had passed, but my name was still on their patient list to be seen. I wasnt able to stick around to the next available appointment a couple hours later. They are not good with patient care, look for reasons they CANT see you, and have horrible customer service. We will NEVER go to any other SSM facility again. Walgreens made a poor, poor choice letting them take over the healthcare clinic.

Had a 10:20 appointment at 11:10 still had not been seen. Waited over an hour with 3 young kids with no word on why they were running late. Then my appointment got skipped for someone who came in after me. Will not be going back.
