This is my 3rd time taking my daughter to Crider dental. She had an 11am appointment. We showed up 5 mins till. I checked in at the desk. Only one other person was in the waiting room. We waited, and waited. Finally, at 1230 I asked what was taking so long. The receptionist told me she must have forgot to put my daughter in the system. then she asked if I could come back at 2. Um no. So they got us in at 1230. My daughter was supposed to have gas to help calm her (shes 5). It was the doctor who recommended it because she was getting 2 fillings. They did stuck her with Novocain. (Im assuming they were rushing due to the fact that my appointment was at 11) but no gas. So my child was fine until the second tooth. She started crying. She was scared. I left furious. I was there for my appointment. I did my part. It was all very unprofessional. I will not go back.

This office is horrible! First I called before my appointment to make sure they accepted my insurance to which they said they did, then when I got there they said they didnt so I had to pay a co-pay? I was in alot of pain and nothing was helping me. They said they would give me an antibotic which would take 24 hours to work which mean I had to sit in severe pain for another day with no relief. Then rhe only option I was givwn for fixing the tooth was extracting it, they didnt even ask me if I wanted it fixed. Then when I went to set up the appointment to have it extracted I was not allowed to schedule an appointment because they didnt get their $8 co-pay, which I was trying to avoid with my insurance which has no co-pay. The dentist I saw seems to have no compassion for someone in pain. Will never go back to this office!

Beware! I had an appointment at 9:00, wasnt seen until 10:30. After getting xrays done, the dentist told me i had 6 cavities and one tooth was on the verge of a root canal, he wanted to schedule drilling right away. I knew something was off as Ive never had a cavity in my life and Im only 25, with no pain in my mouth other than my wisdom teeth being impacted (which is why I made the appointment to be seen). Since I had such an off feeling about my visit, I went and got a second opinion. I have NO cavities!!! Just need my wisdom teeth pulled as I suspected. I am so glad I went and got a professional opinion as I just saved myself from alot of pain and hardship!! Please be cautious and smart and go get a second opinion!!! He will try and take advantage of you, assuming you do not know any better!

Just got back from taking my 1 year old here and this place is a disgrace. They never informed me that her apt was at 230 when I had specifically set it for 1. So they made a 1 year old wait in the lobby for that long and didnt feel any kind of sympathy after my boyfriend asked one of the ladies why was it taking so long. And not only that but i waited an hour and a half just to have a 5 minute talk with dentist about what was going on in my mouth. And honestly I dont believe any of the things she told me. And also the receptionist who does the paper work and the receptionist at the check out desk both had an attitude to me for no reason. Today was my first day there as a new patient but I wont be going back.

I love this place....my son was previously a patient of Centerpoint, which I absolutely hated.....we switched over to Crider, and my son is 110% happier. Dr. Sarota is amazing
