this place is a joke with the worst staff I have ever encountered, went there for a dot physical , waited in the room for the doctor for over 1 hour. she came in and only made me pull down my pants so she could check me for hernias, never had it done like she did it. very uncomfortable the way she did it. tells me everything looks good except I need a sleep study. very rude and demanding or I would not get a physical card. did my sleep study with my personal doctor, got the results and have mild sleep apnea. according to my doctor, my degree od apnea would not affect my ability to drive safely concentra says no I will do what they say or else again very demanding, now when the doctor told me I would need a sleep study she also said, get your results, get your cpap machine use it for 1 week then come back for your 3 month card, which was telling me I already have sleep apnea before being tested. drivers DO NOT GO TO CONCENTRA FOR YOUR DOT PHYSICAL, IF YOU DO YOU WILL HAVE SLEEP APNEA AND YOU ALONE WILL BEAR THE 6000.00 COST AND THE ONGOING COST FROM NOW ON CONCENTRA IS KNOW FOR THEIR DOCTORS OVER STEPPING THEIR BOUNDS AND MAKING DRIVER DO THINGS THAT ARE NOT ACCORDING TO DOT AND FMCSA REGS STAY AWAY DONT GET TRAPPED INTO THE SLEEP APNEA BS

Great service, clean, free WI-Fi, and best of all in and out. I was coming down with a bug on a Saturday and Golden Gate Urgent Care got me in and out, cant beat the that. I was there for an hour total including wait time and prognosis. They even sell the med you need on-site, be careful though because if you have a drug plan its easier to take to the pharmacy.Very Satisfied!

Was getting TB test and physical to start new job. Called ahead to get an appointment. They said they didnt take appointments. I waited 3 hours! Only 1 doctor on duty running herself to death. She was thorough with examination and very friendly. Just too busy by herself to see patients in a timely manner.

Was given a "2 hour complete visit" estimate when I signed in.... Ive been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours alone! No rush at all... Then when I finally got back to the room, it was another hour before I heard anything from the dr... Insane! I will def not be back

This place was absolutely horrible! I had to wait 2 hours for my boyfriend to take a freaking pee test! Which ended up making me late for work by 30 minutes! The ladies in the front were horribly rude and the whole experience was terrible! I will never be coming back here again

AWFUL! Waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours, took the doctor another 45 mins to see me and once she was finished, they had me wait for another 1 hour just to be released from the room after me finally coming out and saying something. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I had no problem with the Fenton location They were pleasant and quick. The doctor was timely and always concerned Even when I called this morning with a problem they where quick to get me in tomorrow. They staff is very professional and friendly

I saw Dr. Melanie for a nasty cough, and i had a great experience! i think i like her better than my general practitioner, and i like my gp a lot. i will definitely be back if im ill again. so nice to know about this place, absolutely wonderful.

Waited 3 hrs for a work related cut, which although should have had stitches, got a bandaid without even cleaning the wound. I would avoid this place. Going to a different urgent care to have it done right.
