The office and exam rooms are dirty and outdated. Dr. Ross was rude and misdiagnosed my sinus infection. Two days later I had to go to Urgent Care for antibiotics. I was out of town and forgot my medication. I called the office to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy near where I was staying for 2 weeks and Dr. Ross failed to call it in for me. Again, another trip to Urgent Care due to his lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.

If the option was available I would not have given him a star at all. He is very rude to my mother and father that go to him. When my dad was put in the hospital the nurses called his exchange to get a diet plan and ross just tried to get off the phone and wouldnt let the nurse speak. Hes rude and doesnt care about his patients. He is aged out and should retire.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for nearly 10 years and I think he is the BEST. He is a straight shooter and doesnt mess around. His staff is excellent as well.
