I brought my grandma here today for an MRI and I just had to comment on the staff at the front desk there were 3 of them and they were so friendly - they greeted you when you walked in and all had genuine smiles on their faces & they were very professional and willing to help with anything - even at the coffee station. You do not see great customer service anymore. I arrived here at 930 and it is now 1130 and they have spoken to every single person that walked in the door. I wish more people were like this!!!

Very nice people, thats the only positive. Early morning appointment already runs 40 min late. Phoning them is impossible: you will be redirected to the central scheduling and be on hold for at least 10 minutes. Impossible to schedule image pick-up: walk-ins only AND huge wait for the images to be available. Do not recommend this facility unless you have nothing to do but sit and wait for them to serve you.

I Call them for my X-ray did not reach yo my dr office their ansver is " leave your message whenever and whatever we my reach you". Am I suppose to wait? How long? I already wait 8 days after this x-ray.

Took time out of work to go there for an ultrasound. Get there and they could not even find my appointment or any record that my order was sent over from my midwife. Didnt even get seen! Will never return!
