I was referred here by my primary care physician and I patiently waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Shortly after my arrival they presented me with the usual paperwork and wanted me to sign a 2 page Legal Agreement stating that they had 2 ways in which I could be billed "$25 Administrative Fees" plus "if my insurance failed to pay them within 45 days I would be expected to pay the balance in full and collection actions would be taken against me" PLUS "there will be a $10.00 charge for the completion of every form they are asked to complete by the insurance company, etc". The last one is the most ludacrist of all, because filling out those forms is how they get paid by the insurance company and is NOT the patients responsibility. I innocently called my insurance company to inquire how long it takes them to pay a claim, they noticed this and then a "nurse or office person" came out and told me that "they were not going to see me" :( It seems that they are more concerned about being paid than the level of service they offer their patients. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE

Ive had nothing but great experiences every time I make an appointment. The wait time isnt bad, and Ive never had any issues with payments. I found this place off my insurance website so I already knew they accepted my particular plan. Ive seen Dr. Vega a few times, and her partner/PA twice now. They are both very thorough and I feel like they take the time to discuss and explain everything to me. I feel comfortable there which is a big plus for me!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Vegas for several years now, and Ive had nothing but excellent service from her office. The staff is super friendly, and the doctor spends more time with the patients than any other endocrinologist Ive ever been to. I noticed the negative review below a few weeks ago, and did some research at my last appointment. Those financial complaints are false. Ive never been incorrectly or inappropriately billed. Dr. Vega is great!

I saw Dr. Davila today and shes such a sweetheart. Great bed side manners. She explained everything and ensured I understood prior to the end of the visit. This was a totally different experience for me coming from my prior dr. The office staff are also kind. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Great experience with the PA. She spent plenty of time with me, was not rushed, talked me through the details of my lab work, and gave me samples when I left. Nothing to complain about. The wait wasnt very long, either, compared to how long Ive waited in other doctors offices.

I love Dr. Vega. She actually gives you her time and listens to what you have to say and will go into detail and explain things so that you understand. I have been seeing her for the past year and have yet to be displeased with her or her staff. I recommend her to everyone!

I didnt see Dr. Vega. and and her substitute ordered test strips for me which I cant use, and had to pay for. $49; I no longer use Activia brand . In the future please dont order anything for me I currently have a meter which uses Freestyle light. test strips

So far Ive been very happy with this office, I usually see the PA with is a wonderful lady and Ive seen Dr. Vega on my very first visit, she was a very nice. The front office staff is great and wait times have been pretty reasonable. No complaints here!!

I have been going to Dr.Vega about 2-3 years. She has always been very friendly and has taken whatever time was necessary to answer my questions. I have never felt rushed in any way. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is always friendly too.
